An extremely unique and private luxury family retreat with a swimming pool and 2-story boat dock on Lake Lanier. A one-of-a-kind home for your family to spend quality time together!

This 6,000+ square foot home has 5 bedrooms on over 3 acres surrounded by forest. Every bedroom has a King bed and its own private bathroom. Plus 3 additional twin beds (sleeps 13 total guests). Gourmet kitchen, swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, outdoor tikki bar, downstairs entertainment room, pool table and ping pong table - this house has it all!

A walking path through the woods takes you to our private 2 story boat dock with entertainment deck on a quiet cove in the desirable northern section of Lake Lanier. We can provide referrals for boat rentals.

You can watch your grandchildren play in the pool from a shady spot under our pool umbrellas, from the huge living room window, or from the cozy screened-in porch. Enjoy the feeling of big sky in this unique, extremely private setting. Unlike most houses on Lake Lanier, you do not have neighboring houses close by.

Stunning architecture including high vaulted ceilings with wood paneling above the open concept floor plan. The main upstairs living space is spectacular. Relax in comfortable sofas from RH while watching the big screen Smart TV over the beautiful stone fireplace. The dining room table seats 8-10 people with additional seating for 4-6 at the round dining table by the windows overlooking the pool. The kitchen island has 6 bar stools.

Featuring a well-stocked, gourmet kitchen with a brand new Wolf 48 professional gas range with griddle. If your family enjoys cooking meals together, this is the house for you! With plenty of room for multiple chefs to prepare your favorite meals on the spacious granite countertops and prep areas, you'll find high quality chef knives and a thoughtful variety of kitchen tools and accessories to make you feel at home. For coffee lovers, we provide Keurig, classic drip, Chemex, french press, glass pour-over, and an old fashioned percolator.

Dining options include lots of restaurants within 20-25 minutes including Gainesville's popular Town Square, nearby Dawsonville, and the award-winning vineyards and town of Historical Dahlonega (Architectural Digest - #3 of 21 Best Small Towns in America). Instacart also delivers to the house.

We have high speed fiber internet with 100+ channels of TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime for streaming. With a pool table in the downstairs entertainment area, a ping pong table in the garage, a variety of board games, and lots of quiet reading nooks, there is always something to do inside as well as outside.

Luxurious hotel quality bedding! All bedrooms have the highest quality hand-crafted mattresses by Kluft and Aireloom. Enjoy an amazing night's sleep in beautiful, luxurious bed-linens from Portugal. Fine cotton percale sheets with hemstitched detail and yes, our down pillows are amazing! Down alternative pillows are also available.

Spend the day swimming and playing in the lake from our 32 x 32 foot 2 story boat dock on a very quiet cove. We provide two double-seater kayaks, two stand up paddleboards and a giant "lily pad" - children love it! We supply a variety of life jackets. The large upper deck has a table, bar area and chaise lounges with a beautiful view down the channel. We love to watch the sun set over the water in the evenings.

After a day on the lake, relax by our refreshing saltwater pool. The pool is bordered by a lush grass lawn and beautiful palm trees - all surrounded by natural forest. This is a one-of-a-kind resort quality oasis where you will love spending your days and evenings. At night, enjoy the ambience of the lights on the palm trees reflecting on the surface of the water while you relax in our comfortable poolside furniture.

The pool has an outdoor Tikki bar with a large gas grill and a stainless steel "Le Griddle" for evening cookouts and cocktails. There are multiple seating areas for dining and relaxing under the shade of our 5 pool umbrellas. The outdoor poolside changing room has a bathroom and shower with hot water. The pool can be heated in the off season - a separate fee applies.

Many of our guests rent a boat and keep it at our dock during their stay. We provide referrals for boat rentals including having the boat delivered to our dock.

This is the perfect vacation house for people who are looking for quiet and privacy with both lake and poolside fun. You can relax by the pool without hearing boats and jet-skis, and there are no other people or houses in sight. This is extremely unusual on Lake Lanier, where you almost always see and hear people in other houses next door on both sides.

The house is surrounded by forest. It's a 3 minute walk along a private path through the forest to the boat dock (approx. 220 yards). Most people enjoy the walk through nature. The path has 2 sections - the upper path is paved but a little steep. The bottom section has a very gentle slope to the boat dock. You can avoid the steeper section by walking along a quiet road that runs along the side of our property to "the halfway point." It's a short, easy walk from there. You can also park your car or a golf cart at the halfway point - we will show you exactly where. Please inquire for details about golf cart rentals.

Kitchen accessories include a crock pot, Instapot, dutch oven, cookie sheets, Kitchenaid mixer, blender, large roasting pan, casserole and pie dishes - pretty much anything you might need for cooking, baking and creating memorable family meals. We have a separate full-size freezer and refrigerator in the garage for so you can stock up on your favorite foods before arrival.

Available for weekly rentals in the summer, shorter stays in the off season. Located approximately 1 hour from Atlanta.

Reminder - NO PARTIES or PETS are allowed. This is a NO SMOKING home. Fireworks are not allowed.

The fireplaces are not available for guest use. The diving board in the photo has been removed from the pool for safety reasons.

Please note that visiting the property before your reservation dates is not allowed without prior permission. Our security system will be triggered. If you would like to see the property (before or after booking), please let us know - we are happy to arrange a date and time to meet you there.

JET SKIs – guests may bring 1-2 jet skis with prior approval.
