Completely renovated in 2018, this spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The main living area features an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and premium KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up family feasts while overlooking the cozy family room. With vaulted ceilings and rustic wood beams, the family room invites you to unwind in style.

The master suite on the main floor is a dream, featuring a large walk-in closet, a luxury bathroom with a double vanity, and a gorgeous glass shower. Step out onto the Juliet balcony to soak in the view of your private backyard oasis, where you can relax and watch the local wildlife. Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, a loft area perfect for hanging out, and a full bathroom.

Head down the open stairway to the beautifully finished basement, where you'll discover a second living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar for evening drinks, and two more bedrooms. The bathroom is a spa-like retreat, with heated floors, a soaking tub, and a glass door shower.

Outside, the backyard is truly an entertainer's paradise! Take a dip in the saltwater pool, complete with a tiled water slide, jumping ledge, and waterfall. Fire up the custom-built grill and gather around the stone fire pit under twinkling string lights to enjoy cool evenings. Take a short stroll down to your private single-slip dock for a sunset cruise or just relax on the party deck with a view of the lake—this is lakeside living at its best.

*Pool will be open but is only heated by open air. Once temps stay below 70 degrees the pool will as well. Pool is best utilized from May - September.
*Dock is 18 x 24. Slip is accessed but guest may park along side the dock. The lake has 692 miles of shoreline and is 26 miles long, covering almost 47 miles of the original riverbed. At the dam, the lake is more than 200 feet deep.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
-We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
-An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
