Three king master suites with private en-suite baths give the adults a true retreat, while the pyramid bunk room and loft daybed nook are made for the younger ones. Please note LilyBeth is a multi-level home and is not suited for guests requiring step-free access. We want every guest to have a wonderful stay and encourage those with mobility needs to reach out before booking — we're happy to answer any questions to help you determine if LilyBeth is the right fit for your family.

• Independent rental agreement and ID verification required within 48 hours of booking
• Strict no-party policy to maintain peace & comfort for all guests
• Pet-friendly: up to 2 dogs, under 60 lbs, for a one-time fee of $250 per stay. Dogs may never be left locked up or unattended in the home.
• Refundable security deposit hold: $1,500
• Optional travel insurance available, including Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, at 7% of total trip cost
• Short stays (under 7 nights) subject to a $400 cleaning fee
