Ensuring our homes are thoroughly cleaned before every guest stay is of the utmost importance to us. Had we known during your visit, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back to re-clean the tub and arranged a partial refund of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. We have already shared your feedback with our housekeeping team and will be taking extra care to ensure whirlpool bathtubs are cleaned to the highest standard moving forward.
