Our 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom log home sits on just over 1 acre and features incredible views in every direction. It is only 3 miles from the town of Ridgway and 40 miles from the town of Telluride.

Additional features such as two outdoor sitting areas, vaulted ceilings, a well-appointed kitchen, and a gas grill and outdoor furniture on the expansive deck with views of the surrounding peaks mean you might find it hard to leave the comforts of this home to enjoy the abundant area activities.

With two living spaces and ample space for everyone, this home's layout is perfect for multiple families. The home offers a 50" flat-screen TV with basic DISH TV channels in the TV room located right off the dining area. The master en-suite features patio doors leading to the deck, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and large closet. It is located on the main level adjacent to the main living area.

The lower level offers a sitting area, two bedrooms, each with queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and lounge space with a flat-screen TV, small fridge, and sink with patio doors leading outside under the deck. The second queen bedroom offers patio doors leading to the outside that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. This space also features a penned area that's perfect for your pups!

Each bedroom offers lovely bathrobes for your use while visiting. Parking is available for 1 car in the garage, one pulled up close to the garage door, and one car parking below the deck up to the bedroom patio.

The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
