This 32m2 apartment, ideally located on the seafront between Cannes and Mandelieu, will seduce you for your vacation. This will accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children preferably)



Its living space bathed in light, with its open kitchen opens onto a large corner loggia which will offer you a breathtaking view of the deep blue sea. And will allow you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings with friends or family.



You will find a first cabin with its 140cm bed, equipped with a large window. The second cabin is blind and has a bunk bed.



The shower room is equipped with a large walk-in shower



A parking space is also available to you in the residence car park.



Linen is provided, sheets, towels and bath mats

You just have to cross the road to be on the "Bocca Cabana" promenade and the sandy beach. The photos in the ad were all taken in front of the apartment. You can find a cycle path, sports equipment, kiosks every 50 meters where you can have your coffee and croissant facing the sea, as well as magnificent restaurants/private beaches facing the sea.

Going further on your left you will arrive at the old port and the suquet of Cannes and therefore at the start of the famous Croisette.

By turning on your right you will arrive at the very pretty seaside of Mandelieu La Napoule, so you can visit the Château de la Napoule.

The Château de La Napoule houses and preserves the cultural and historical heritage of Henry and Marie Clews, a couple of American artist-patrons. Dedicated to promoting the arts and international cultural exchange, the Clews Center for the Arts works to support and inspire the talent and artistic creation so needed in today's world.

You can discover after Mandelieu, the Trayas.

The trayas is located on the coast between Mandelieu la Napoule and the town center of Saint Raphaël, it is an ideal place to enjoy the wild nature, including the most beautiful coves, ideal for snorkeling, while admiring the vegetation Mediterranean and the red lands of the Esterel.



Buses pass not far from the residence and will take you in less than 20 minutes to the train and bus station.
