On a large corner lot in the desirable Singing Sands West subdivision, Sea Vita is happily situated just steps from the warm sands of Crystal Beach and just two blocks to the neighborhood pool! With over 2000 square feet and 5 bedrooms, your large family will have plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Multiple levels and expansive deck space, all boasting stunning Gulf views. 

After your beach time, relax in the neighborhood pool, enjoy the outdoor shower then catch the game and have a cold beverage at the wrap-around downstairs bar while the kids play in the air conditioned game room right around the corner! Relaxing around the fire pit is the perfect way to relax after a day playing in the waves.  

Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, satellite television or decompress with a book or dvd. EV charger available for guest use! (220 volts, 12-35 miles per hour).

Bedroom 1: (1) King bed with an ensuite bath, including soaking tub and walk in shower

Other things to note ~ Golf cart is an available add-on. Price varies by season. Liability waiver required. Dogs are welcome, with restrictions. Please no more than 2. Cats NOT permitted. There will be a pet fee of $125. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog.
