My house is an old house but completely renovated, close to the historic center of Périgueux, the cathedral, shops, and the greenway.
You can do everything on foot!

1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs.

The accommodation:
The house is quiet, fresh, and very bright, opening onto a lovely small garden with terraces and a magnificent olive tree.
It is equipped with fans for summer and a lovely wood stove for winter!
All bedding and household appliances are new.
For the furniture and decor, I mixed new and vintage for a cozy and warm effect!

The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities: supermarket, excellent bakery, pharmacy nearby.
And it offers many free parking spaces.

You can walk to the historic center of Périgueux, discover its architectural and culinary treasures... and enjoy its magnificent market!

The downstairs room has a double bed of 140cm and a bay window that opens directly onto the terrace.
The large upstairs bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and a view of the garden.
The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed of 160cm.
The beds are new and super comfortable!
The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a window.
The washing machine is isolated and accessible in a small closet.
The WC is separate.

There are 2 large terraces in front of the house, which faces south!
There is a small enclosed garden behind the shed. You can relax on the terrace on the sun loungers and the small garden lounge, and dine peacefully at the large table.
Barbecue and parasols are at your disposal...

The cleaning fee is 50€.
The Rental Costs for Household Linen (Fitted Sheets, Duvet Covers, Pillowcases, Bath Sheets, Towels, Bath Mats & Kitchen Cloths) are €40, to be specified when booking so that the beds are made for your arrival!

Dogs are accepted but limited to 1 pet only, as my house and garden cannot accommodate more. And of course, with respect for the garden, the neighborhood, and my house...

Guest Access: You will have access to all rooms and all equipment in the house.
I have kept the shed and a small cupboard in the upstairs room for my personal use.
