This beautiful 1-bedroom riverfront condo features a private hot tub on your patio. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. Your bathroom includes a jetted bathtub/shower combo. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials. Your Living Room has a Queen-sized sofa sleeper and a cozy gas fireplace. The private patio also has a gas grill and patio furniture overlooking Fall River. Come relax with us and enjoy the view.

Lovely stay

We were up for a celebration of life, so this was perfect for our sad little hearts. Being in beautiful Estes next to the river was just what we needed!

Perfect location.

Condo between RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Quiet setting, great views. Comfortable bed too!

Nice Estes get away

This was a cute spot for a weekend get away. The property was as described and made it easy for us to cook in or go out. The sound of the river was lovely too. Looking forward to staying again!

Nice cabin

Nice spot up the highway towards RMNP and running stream out back. I would recommend.

Beautiful, private and secluded

The condo was exactly as described. Room was very clean and hot tub was great. This was a very private location. Being at the end of the path meant no guests walking past. The scenery was beautiful, we even saw a herd of deer walk past the property. There was some noise from the room above ours, but not more than would be expected. Perfect anniversary getaway.

Very nice condo!

This one is the end-unit, so it's quite private. Nobody (should) walk past while you're in the hot tub. The condo is nicer than it looks in the photos! Only complaint is that the hot tub wasn't at temperature upon arrival, but later in the evening it was. And the bed is a bit squeaky!

When checking in housekeeping stuff was left in kitchen blocking fridge. I Put items in the closet in the bedroom for them. Also one of the black fans didn’t work right. It made a noise like motor going out.
