It’s wonderful to hear you enjoyed the comfortable bed and living area, spacious walk-in shower, and deck. As noted in our listing, this condo does not have air conditioning, which is common for many mountain properties in Estes Park. We really appreciate your suggestion about opening the windows before arrival on warmer days. We’re glad it only took about 30 minutes to cool down and that you were comfortable for the remainder of your stay. Most importantly, we’re happy to hear you’d stay with us again! Hi, so sorry you had trouble checking in! We do send an email as soon as you book, with all the check-in instructions and property info. I apologize that you did not receive that. We also provide each guest with a welcome packet when they check in. We do post detailed check-in instructions (along with emergency phone numbers,) on the front door of the office. So sorry for any confusion. Thanks so much!
