Family room and bathroom areas could have been swept better in corners. Family room area smaller than appeared in photos. We enjoyed our stay, area nice and quiet. Hot tub was great, nice and clean. Location was great, easy drive to RMNP and town of Estes.

Wonderful location, about 4 min to the Fall River entrance of RMNO and about 6 min to downtown Estes. We had Elk visit a couple of nights. The private hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. No A/C but it cold down wonderfully in the evening in early June.

Great place!

Location was amazing, just a short drive from downtown Estes and got to see some wildlife from the deck! The sounds of the river close by made it really relaxing!

Great Family Getaway

Property was beautiful! Loved the river! A large male elk came up right in our back yard. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace heater in the living room. Very close to RMNP.
