The Best Experience Ever!

Ms. Sharonnnnn you are the best and your place was amazingggggg and spectacular! Very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! Everything we asked for you supplied us with it immediately! Your attention to detail was awesome. The place was cold had tvs the most beautiful pool! An all around perfect experience! I would stay again and I will book again. Full transparency the road to get there is bumpy and bad but they make up for it with there awesome customer service and meals they provide! ALSO CHEF FRAZIER WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HE COOKED MY BIRTHDAY DINNER AND THE FOOD WAS LITERALLY TOO TIER! We had lobster curry shrimp coconut shrimp peas and rice cabbage fried festivals fried chicken the best meal ever! Thank you thank you thank you one million times.

Deception Bay

The pinned location was 2 miles away from the actual location. We called the host for directions after we were sent to an erroneous location from the "get directions" button. The host couldn't give us directions so she had someone call us back which took 20 minutes. Thankfully my in-laws were with us who had phone service or else we would have been out of luck. The road to the actual location was horrendous. I had asked prior to the trip if everything was in good condition and okay. The host assured me everything was great. My rental car has damages, my in-laws car has damages and we had to hire and pay for a car to drive us to excursions in fear that more damage would be done to our vehicles. Prior to our arrival I double checked that we had a chef on-site as advertised. I was assured "the chef was included and would be there for the duration of the stay". This was not true and the chef cooked a total of 2 meals for us over the course of the 3 day stay. I contacted the host about compensation or shortening our stay and she avoided me until after our stay was over. She claimed that we had to call VRBO ourselves while VRBO claimed we had to contact the host. The host did contact me after our stay to inform us that there would be no compensation for anything. Again the pinned location we were given was erroneous and misleading. We would have never booked had we known. At no point did the host tell us anything prior to arrival regarding the directions or that the dire

Upon learning you had taken a wrong turn, we did our utmost to assist you promptly. We also want to address your comments regarding our staff. Our team provided chef services throughout your stay, including up until 11 pm on your arrival night, demonstrating our commitment to your comfort. Suggesting otherwise is misleading. While we understand that travel can sometimes be challenging, faulting a host for getting lost is very manipulative.
