The Villa

Spacious, private, and beautifully appointed, Villa offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping space for up to 12 guests. Every bedroom has its own character, stunning view, and private feel.

- Master Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, and breathtaking hillside views.
- Family Room: Queen bed plus bunk bed, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests
- Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5: Queen beds, each with their own private en-suite bathroom

Outdoor Living

Step outside and you will understand why guests never want to leave. Five private balconies and a sprawling pool deck give you front-row seats to some of the most breathtaking scenery in all of Jamaica. The ocean stretches out on one side while lush green mountains rise up on the other. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, relax on the lounge chairs by the pool, or simply sit quietly and let the island work its magic. The tropical gardens surrounding the villa add to the sense of total privacy and seclusion.

We want your stay to be exactly what you need it to be. Beyond what is already included, our team offers a range of additional services available on request.

- Additional chef meals: Local Breakfast $50, Lunch $60, Dinner $100, Full Day $200 (food items not included in chef fee)
- Server charge: $30 per meal
- Laundry service: $25 (includes washing, drying, folding and supplies)
- Airport transfer from Montego Bay: $120 for up to 4 guests, $30 per additional guest
- Airport transfer from Kingston: $240 for up to 4 guests, $35 per additional guest
- Childcare and babysitting: $50 for the first 4 hours, $10 per additional hour
- Butler service: $250 per day
- Bartender: $25 per hour
- Full catering and event service available on request
- Fridge pre-stocking service: $50 and we handle all the shopping for you

The Location

Runaway Bay is one of Jamaica's best kept secrets, sitting perfectly between Montego Bay to the west and Ocho Rios to the east, giving you easy access to the very best the island has to offer. Green Grotto Caves are just 11 minutes away. Splash Water Park is 25 minutes. Mystic Mountain is 29 minutes. Markets, restaurants, beaches, nightclubs and shopping centres are all within easy reach, yet the villa itself feels completely private and tucked away from it all.

Please note that the final stretch of road leading to the villa is unpaved and uneven. We strongly recommend arriving in a 4-wheel drive SUV for a comfortable and safe journey to the property.

- Check-in from 3:00 PM, Check-out by 11:00 AM
- Maximum of 12 guests
- Smoke-free property indoors. Designated outdoor smoking area available on site
- Adults must supervise children near the pool, balconies and verandahs at all times
- Property is fenced and partially child-proofed
