We spent a week here for our annual family vacation in Ptown, and truly enjoyed our time. Location was great - tucked away into a quiet street in the West End and only a 5 minute drive away from Herring Cove Beach, where we enjoyed lots of sunny afternoons with our two young children; walkable distance to Commercial Street as well as other top-notch restaurants such as the Red Inn and Sal's Place. The hot tub on the top deck was an awesome feature; super spacious kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Jay was a great host who always got back to us immediately if we messaged him with any questions. We appreciate his hospitality and would gladly recommend this spot to anyone travelling with kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home with excellent layout, inside and out, for a relaxed family vacation. We spent lots of time in the gourmet kitchen and the comfotable, well-appointed adjacent living room. We also grilled and enjoyed lovely outdoor mail in the private, enclosed backyard area. Also, this Provincetown location simply cannot be beat, in our opinion. Quiet, surrounded by nature, and with easy access to all that Provincetown has to offer. Although the hot tub was not in operation while we were there, it did not detract from our overall vacation experience. The owners were appropriately responsive and sought to trouble shoot any issues that arose. Would highly recommend this home for those seeking a relaxing retreat in Provincetown.

Excellent place & location

This property is extremely well located. Within the complex, it's also in the very back on the end so it is private and also has great light. It's a huge place and lives more like a single-family home. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. I was especially happy to see so many coffee options. They had a regular coffee maker, a Keurig, and an espresso machine. If you love coffee like I do, you'll have everything you need! Already planning my next trip and will be staying at this place.

Wonderful Experience in PTown

Our group of 12 rented both houses side-by-side. The location is excellent, within a short walk of Provincetown Inn and its pilgrim-hat-shaped pool :) The primary suite in each house on the second level is an especially impressive space with a great bathroom. The homes had everything we needed with well-stocked kitchens and ample refrigeration and kitchen space. Jay was an excellent host and communicator. We would love to return in the future!

Provincetown week

We were so happy with this property! We had a multigenerational group ranging from 6 to 60 yrs old and everyone felt comfortable and had space to have privacy if needed. The variety of outdoor living and indoor spaces including a well stocked kitchen and multiple decks and patios was perfect for us. Jay was very communicative and kind. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. If you like stars, birds and a gently breeze through the greenery and flowers this property is perfect. If you want to step out your door into the hubbub of town with pounding dance music, you have to walk or bike for a stretch!

Wonderful week

We were a party of 6 adults, a 5 and a 3 yr. old and were very comfortable at this pristine property. The decor was quite impressive .The location was perfect, at the edge of Ptown. In an abundance of caution, (because of covid) we stayed close to home and enjoyed the beach every day. The nearby tidal pools were perfect for the kids. I especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch on the charming rockers watching the grandkids safely ride their bikes in this end unit. The neighborhood is quaint and very quiet. Everything you could think of was provided in this state of the art kitchen. We spent a lot of time in this comfortable gathering space. The outside patio with its beautiful roses, Rose of Sharon bushes and hydrangeas was a delightful place to dine as well. Communication with Shawn was easy and responses were immediate. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return.

Perfect PTown Location

We are still talking about our stay in Provincetown, 3 weeks after returning home. The house was so comfortable and perfectly clean. Shawn was very communicative, and made it clear he was available any time we needed, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and has a perfect supply of pans and any cooking needs. I brought many things that I could have left at home, because I've never stayed in a house that was so wonderfully stocked. There are 3 (!!) types of coffee makers! The deck was spectacularly comfortable and a great place to sit and have a glass of wine before dinner. The location of the house was also ideal. We were able to walk to breakfast at Liz's Cafe multiple times, to Commercial Street, as well as to the jetty. One of the concerns we had with staying in PTown was the noise level but this is a very quiet part of town. We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend this lovely house!

Beautiful home away from home!

What a gorgeous home complete with all of the luxuries you’ll love when on vacation. The photos do not do it justice. Amazing hot tub, beautiful master bed and bathroom, 4 full bathrooms all with walk-in showers, gorgeous kitchen with sitting area, and lots of options for enjoying the outdoors. The decor throughout the home is comfortable yet chic. Loved staying here with our fur babies!

Felt like home but better

The house was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were great, including the oh so relaxing hot tub looking out on nature. We especially enjoyed the close walk to the beach. Shawn was a great host and super helpful suggesting places to go while in Provincetown. All in all, we had a great time and a much needed relaxing vacation.

Gorgeous home in the west end

This house is a gem and the hosts were easy, communicative and very nice. I rented the house for a week and it was as advertised if not better. It’s a beautoful block near the Marshes. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and excellently appointed. All the amenities were easy to use, like the Sonos system and it was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. I highly suggest staying here for a great Provincetown vacation. Thanks Shawn; you’ll see us next year!

HEAVEN in the West End

The listing does not do this property justice! This is a beautifully appointed home, wonderfully decorated, spacious, modern totally stocked kitchen, bathrooms galore and bedrooms that comfortably sleep three adult couples. The hot tub on the upper deck was absolutely wonderful to have a relaxing soak. This is less than five minutes to the Tidal Flats, a quick ride to Herring Cove Beach and a perfect location in the West End. The owner was response, kind and wonderful. We could not be any happier with our stay... and can't wait to stay again!

Spectacular home in a perfect location

We arrived to a sparkling clean house, beautifully and appointed, filled with sunlight, artwork, lovely bedrooms (we fought over who would get the third floor room that opens into a top deck) and a terrific, spacious kitchen which became the heart of our gathering. Our host Shawn, was delightful and responsive. We love the far West End location for it’s easy walking and biking to Herring Cove, Race Point, and into town. It was perfect.

Fabulous Home

The home is large, comfortable, wonderfully equipped and spotlessly clean. A spacious and beautifully planted back yard and many decks. Location is private with views of the surrounding woodlands. The Herring Cove community is immaculately maintained. The beds are very comfortable and lots of snowy white towels. A great kitchen to cook in and Shawn, the owner is charming, enthusiastic, welcoming. and always responsive. The location near the ocean is perfect. We can’t imagine a better rental in Provincetown.

Amazing!

This property is really lovely, well decorated, clean, modern and in an amazing location. Right at the tip of Provincetown, you can walk to the Mores and the Causeway as well as beautiful beaches. This part of the Cape is spectacular with tons of hikes and cute stores and restaurants . Shawn is a lovely host. I would totally recommend this property!!

Amazing stay at a beautiful property. Shawn is a spectacular host.

This home is one of the nicest I have every had the pleasure of staying in. Shawn has set up the home beautifully and it was comfortable and clean. Stayed with my partner, two kids, and dog, and there was ample space for all of us. The house is conveniently located in the western end of Provincetown, a short but pretty walk from downtown and very tranquil. Communication with Shawn was easy and he was happy to help with every detail. Very much looking forward to our next stay!
