The Space:
1st FLOOR
Walk into your large open space which includes an open kitchen, living room, ding table and a wonderfully furnished, walk out front porch and convenient half bath powder room. The views from the front deck look directly towards the 9th Street causeway (perfect for taking in all the gorgeous sunsets). The open cook’s kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a home cooked meal. The living room has a large flat screen, designer furniture (electric recliners), and fireplace. There is a full laundry room and lots of closet space. There is also a super convenient closed in private outdoor shower hidden away under the front deck.

2nd FLOOR
Upstairs you’ll find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The large Primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full with a twin pull out trundle bed. All rooms have Smart TVs.

LOWER LEVEL (The Lounge)
Located on the bottom / garage level is a finished 1,000 square foot finished lounge. Relax by yourself with a movie or have a game night with family and friends. You will love this huge added bonus space; check out our collection of board games.

This unit comes with four beach tags for use during your stay.

Guest Access:
PARKING
This property has reserved parking on a driveway pad for two cars. Plus, guests will receive a VIP Parking Pass for use at 12th street and Boardwalk parking lot. There’s also plenty of free street parking at the front and on the side of the house- There are No meters.

The Neighborhood:
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
Beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Getting Around:
Your rental comes with a JiLLy's VIP Parking Permit. For the duration of your stay, you can enjoy FREE parking at JiLLy's Arcade, 12th Street & Boardwalk. Simply drive in and out as often as needed.
