Nestled at the base of the Killington access road, our inviting townhome offers a snug retreat with just a 7-minute drive to the mountain and restaurants. Recently updated, it boasts new appliances, two modern bathrooms, and an open layout on the main floor - seamlessly connecting the kitchen and living room with a fireplace. Two large windows allow for views of the mountain from inside during the winter or on the front decks during the summer. The lower level features a playroom for children and convenient amenities. Julie is a wonderful host, and her home is beautiful. We appreciate her communication (quick responses, thoughtful and informative messages), and we are very comfortable in her space. The couch and beds are comfy, the table is nice and big, and the living room is well set up for games or lounging. We've come before, and we'll be back!

Great spot to stay while skiing at Killington

Roomy, clean, kitchen had everything you need, ample nice towels. Wood fireplace was a nice touch too!

Great location for skiing

We had a wonderful stay! The listing is a little confusing, as there is actually a 4th bedroom/playroom. Lots of space for 6 adults and 4 children, comfy couch and beds, and very convenient for skiing at Killington.

Great location

What a fantastic place to stay for a ski trip. Location was convenient, close to town and ski hills. Julie was easy to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. Her place is well stocked with everything that you will need!

The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with pans and utensils that we needed. The snow grate for front door was left out of place, making the in/out of unloading messy and there was no snow shovel to clear the parking area. Two washcloths in the bathrooms and had to go buy some. The day we left we found washcloths in an upstairs closet. Minor irritations that would not keep me from staying here again. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were ok and the drive to ski areas was as advertised. As with most listings, the “sleeps #” is based on the ability for people/children using top bunks and couples sleeping 2 in Queen/king beds. For the price, we would stay here again. It was a nice place and host communicated well.

Ski weekend during frigid temperatures

This place was perfect. It was cozy for everyone to hang out together while also some privacy in rooms/different floors. A group of friends and I stayed here during freezing cold temperatures, which prevented us from skiing, but the space was big enough to host us all without worry. The location is great as you are just across the street from the acres road, food options, and skiing. Thanks for all the communication throughout Julie!

Beware! We enjoined our stay at the property and the host was very accommodating. The extremely high deposit hold through VRBO takes about 1 month to be returned. Great property, VRBO/Expedia process failure.

Great house!

Julie’s house was way better than we expected and much larger and updated than it appeared in photos. There was plenty of space for everyone and so many cute ski decorations and so close to Killington. The only problem we had was we never received the check in instructions and had trouble reaching Julie the day we checked in and had to spend a long time on hold with VRBO. Luckily she finally got back to us and we were able to check in ok. And the only other complaint I have is that you have to drive your garbage and recycling down the road to a dumpster which wasn’t great.

Great Killington get away

Some friends and I just came to get some skiing in at Killington. This condo was clean, the fireplace was lovely, and overall it was more than comfortable for four of us. Everything we needed was there, and it was so close to the mountain.

Big enough for large family

The 3 floor condo had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 5 adults & 4 kids and is in a perfect location between Pico & Killington. Main floor has been updated with a wonderful huge sofa. The kitchen was well stocked, but didn’t have a can opener which we could have used. King bedroom was updated but not the other bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay & would stay there again.

Average Killington condo

First, I’d like to add that we rent ski places all the time…probably a hundred or so over the past 10 years. We have a lot of experiences with many renters who have gone the “extra” mile to ensure a lovely stay. This was a basic condo. Not horrible, not great. Pros….awesome location (a 5 minute ride to the mountain), main floor living space was nice & updated, the basement (not updated but fine for a basement room) was a perfect hang out & sleep space for kids Cons….upstairs is in need of a renovation & is old & dated…there are a couple of holes in the walls, the upstairs toilet is loose & moves when you sit down & stand up, nothing “nice” as extras (sink soap, nicer hand towels, no wipes for quick clean up of counters) There were only 4 pieces of wood left for the fireplace so we didn’t light one. We also ran out of toilet paper & had to buy our own. We understand the TP is more of a reflection on the cleaning crew but still…worth noting. We feel it was overpriced for the overall condition of the condition/quality. We realize VT lodging is quite expensive & we paid for the location, but I think a hundred less per night would be more realistic.
