Our family had a great stay at the Blue Pearl. The host was fantastic to communicate with and the house was well stocked with all the beach necessities. The house was perfect for 3 families and two of those with 3 kids ranging in the ages from 1-5. All in all, we loved the location of this home, access to the beach, great hosts and beach amenities offered. We are looking forward to staying in touch with the host for future visits.

This house is so cute! The living space is great, the kitchen is well stocked, and it has the best outdoor shower we’ve ever had! The house sleeps 10, but the twin room is tiny and is best suited for babies or small children.

Our family had a fantastic experience here! The house and property is well maintained. The house was extremely clean and welcoming at the start of our vacation. It was the perfect size for our extended family. The host was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay. I cannot recommend this house enough!!

My family of 6 adults and 2 children had an amazing time at the Blue Pearl. Perfect location for an easy walk to the beach, great amenities and awesome beach vibe. Cathrine was a great host and responded timely to any questions. I definitely recommend the Blue Pearl for a great Bald Head experience!

The Blue Pearl never disappoints. She is a great original beach cottage to BHI. The house is well stocked with plenty of bikes, beach chairs, toys for big & little kids alike. This was our 3rd time staying here. The location is close to everything, not that anything is super far on the island. We went with our kids & grandbaby & it was a perfect fit with the 4 bedrooms with in suite baths. The house was well stocked with plenty of games & books. Looking forward to another week there next year.

Blue Pearl is such a charming home with a rich history. Perfect for families. Beach access can’t be beat but what I liked most of all was that it felt like an actual home. It wasn’t sterile and it didn’t feel like a rental property. I’ve never seen a better appointed kitchen in a vacation home - it has everything you need. Both my mother-in-law and I were thoroughly impressed. Only downside is the laundry room is a little tough to get to. Not a problem for me but if you plan to do a lot of laundry it might be annoying. In my opinion, far from a deal breaker.

Great rental! Amazing location!

This house was the second house we have stayed at on the island and it was really great. Being right on the beach made a huge difference and found the house to be very comfortable and beachy! We look forward to renting here again!!

Great house, location, and owner

7 of us stayed at the house over a long weekend for a wedding and had a great time. Everything was as described, the walk to the beach was 30 seconds, and the we all had a blast. Would definitely stay again!

This home is designed great for groups and the location cannot be beat. It is our second time renting this lovely home and it won't be our last. It is truly the perfect beach house.

Amazing Stay

Blue Pearl is an absolutely beautiful home and the perfect house for a large family gathering. We had 9 people total and the layout was perfect for two families to share without disturbing one another. The large living/dining area and back porch provide ample gathering space. Definitely our favorite rental on Bald Head.

Perfect Beach Spot

Wonderful spot for our Easter trip. 2 adults and 4 teenagers - great set up for our group. Super clean, comfy beds, great location. Wonderful communication from the host. Despite the weather a good time was had by all!

Perfect beach house

Blue Pearl is the perfect BHI beach house -- spacious, clean, well-appointed, right on the beach, very close to BHI Club and the market, you name it! And the owner is very accessible and so helpful. Our family's only complaint was that we had to leave. We would dearly love to stay there again!!

Wedding Time!

Enjoyed staying at this property during our daughter’s wedding. The large open living/dining area and decks were great for hanging out with my brother’s family who stayed with us. Having bathrooms in 4 bedrooms added convenience and privacy. Convenient location with easy beach access!

Loved loved the Blue Pear!! My daughter was getting married on BHI and it was the perfect house to stay in!! It is beautifully decorated, great location on the beach and Catherine, the homeowner, is phenomenal to work with!!! Can’t recommend this home enough!!!

Blue Pearl Summer 23

First time to BHI. Great house and great location on South Beach. House has 2 rooms on one end, with 3 rooms on the other end with a 'meeting' area in the middle. Great place for Gathering. Highly Recommend the house.

Perfect Pearl

We had the best time. 4 bedrooms each with bath. Another small bedroom that was perfect for the 2 grandchildren. Easy beach access. Wonderful porch. Rocking chairs. Bald Head never disappoints.

Amazing BHI Rental

This was the honestly the best online rental experience I have ever had. The house was perfect for our party and was accurately depicted in the listing. The owner was incredibly responsive and willing to quickly address the minor issue we experienced. We would love to be able to come back and stay at the blue pearl again!

Best Location on BHI

I cant recommend this house enough! Right on the beach and just a short ride from the market and restaurants. Kitchen is fully stocked and the TVs in every bedroom are a great touch. My family had such a nice time enjoying all of our meals on the back deck, especially watching the sunset every night. The golf carts and bikes make everything super convenient as well. We will definitely be back- do not hesitate in booking this house if you see it is available!
