In einzigartiger Lage für einen aktiven Urlaub auf dieser exklusiven Barriereinsel in North Carolina, nur wenige Schritte vom Commons Park, nur 3 Gehminuten vom fabelhaften East Beach und 5 Gehminuten von einem Bad oder einem Dinner entfernt, heißt Sie der Park Park willkommen Shoals Club.

Das Haus, ideal für einen Zweifamilienurlaub, befindet sich in neuem Besitz und wurde 2018 komplett renoviert, mit neuen Betten und Möbeln. Der hintere Grundriss verfügt über eine zweite überdachte Veranda, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten des angrenzenden Parks und die Geräusche des nahe gelegenen Ozeans zu nutzen.

Die offene 2. Etage umfasst auch ein tolles Zimmer, ein Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein ½ Bad und ein Schlafraum (zwei Etagenbetten mit zwei Einzelbetten). Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Hauptschlafzimmer (König) und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer (Königin), alle mit eigenem Bad und Smart-TVs.

Ein separater Crofter verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer (Queen), eine Mini-Küche, ein ausziehbares Sofa, einen Smart-TV und ein Vollbad. Alle befinden sich über einer Wagengarage, in der Golfwagen mit 4 und 6 Sitzen (beide auf Wartungsverträgen) untergebracht sind sorgen für einen zuverlässigen und sorglosen Transport auf der ganzen Insel sowie für Fahrräder, Liegestühle und Strandspielzeug. Zwischen dem Haus und dem Crofter befindet sich eine Terrasse mit Holzkohlegrill und lässigem Außenbereich.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine Mitgliedschaft (gegen Aufpreis erhältlich) im Bald Head Island Club (einschließlich Golf) und im Shoals Club, Außendusche, Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und Babygitter, Veranda-Schaukelstühle, Bettwäsche und ein hervorragender lokaler Immobilienverwalter kann alle Bedenken oder Probleme zeitnah annehmen.

Diese Eigenschaft vermietet Freitag-Freitag im Juni und Juli und Samstag-Samstag im August.

Multiple families

The property fit our families well! The location was great — across the street from the park and a short drive/walk to the beach. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well stocked with nice plates, platters, etc., which was a nice bonus. The property owner was excellent with communication while we were there. Thank you!

The house was beautiful. It was well stocked and organized. Plenty of room for our family. The porches and outdoor living spaces were very nice. It was one of the best locations we have stayed at. Park Place is perfectly located within easy walking distance of East Beach and Mikes Bites. Two of our favorites on the island. We would recommend to any family group looking for a relaxing time away. We love it!

Wonderful house and great location!

My husband and I brought out 4 kids and my mother-in-law to stay here for spring break! We absolutely loved the location and the house. It was fun to be close to the park and East Beach. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was a wonderful house to stay in for a week at BHI. The home looks exactly as it shows on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our family meals. We had 9 people staying and had plenty of room for everyone! Sharon the owner was very helpful and always answered my questions quickly.

Amazing stay with the family at Park Place!

Just returned from a great week with the family at BHI - Park Place (31st visit to BHI). The ferry to the island was a little challenging due to Covid limitations but once we settled into the house all the stress disappeared. The house was very clean and well appointed (including a coffee grinder). Location was perfect for East beach and Shoals club access. Great week with the family . Looking forward to future visits.

Great house and location

House is very clean and roomy. We had eight people and a baby. Plenty of space for everyone. The outside of the house and the porch furniture needs cleaning. Golf carts could be updated. We had great communication with the property manager. (there was a hurricane during our stay). Overall a great place to stay

Perfect Location and home

Another great trip to BHI! Park Place sits right in front of a quaint park that our boys played frisbee at everyday. The format of the house was perfect. Kitchen and living room up and the bedrooms down. The Crofter was a bonus. The owners obviously worked hard to provide all the necessities. Waffle iron, Tupperware, pans, cookware etc. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place, we will certainly be back.

Convenient Location to East Beach and Turtle Conservancy

Park Place and Sharon, the owner, were amazing! Park Place is conveniently located right across from the Commons Park and perfect for playing lacrosse, throwing a baseball and even laser tag at night. The house came with two six seater golf carts and they were a must with our large family. Having TVs in most bedrooms and even the porch helped when we had several rainy and cold days. The kitchen was well appointed and even had a waffle maker to the joy of the kids! Sharon was wonderful to work with and even when we had a few snafus she was quick to address them. It was refreshing to work with a homeowner that really cared about her home and tenants. You could see in all of the wonderful details that she took great care in choosing furniture, accessories and even shower dispensers to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We hope we can visit BHI again in the future and that Park Place will be available! Would highly recommend!

Fabulous house in a perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed a week break on Baldy in Jul2020, in this beautiful house. Our group was my family of two elementary school children, plus a couple of friends that joined us for a few days. The house is as shown in the photos on VRBO, so in immaculate condition and perfect for a family break. There is heaps of space, with excellent bedrooms (inc the crofter), fluffy towels and nice bathrooms. The main family/kitchen/dining room upstairs is a great space, and the enclosed veranda (upstairs) and porch (downstairs) give more room to spread out. In addition the house is brilliantly well set up with every kitchen need, games, beach stuff, etc. The house is on the east end of the island, in the trees, and very quiet by the Common. It's a 3 min walk (or 30sec cart ride) to the closest beach access, or then venture a little further to the access points along the south beach. Sharon was awesome with communication before our trip (especially helpful given the COVID impact now) and through our week in the house too. We definitely hope to go back and holiday here next summer.

Classic Bald Head House

Just as the title states. Very nice place with the classic bald head feel, nestled in a bunch of palms and natural brush. Front porch is perfect for watching kids play in the green space across the street. Plenty of room and comfortable. 2 6-seat golf carts that are in good condition. Lots of chairs and beach toys for kids and the beach is a 1 minute ride away.

For years we've been coming to Bald Head with our extended family. We had trouble finding a house that was close to the beach and could comfortably accommodate 2-3 families. After renting on the island for many years we purchased this home and had it furnished and decorated to be exactly what we were looking for.

Screened in porch overlooks the park and is great for morning coffee, cocktails and even watching TV. The 5th bedroom in the crofter over the garage is perfect for grandparents, nanny or those looking for more privacy. Our kitchen is well stocked and the property is meticulously maintained.
