The Space:
Ideally located in the Marais, this spacious and completely renovated apartment offers a comfortable setting to accommodate up to six people.
The apartment is arranged as follows:
• 1st bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage.
• 2nd bedroom: equipped with a Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, as well as storage.
• A living room: convertible sofa bed for two people, an armchair, Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi access and storage space.
• A dining area: dedicated to enjoying your meals comfortably.
• An open kitchen equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A bathroom: includes a bathtub, a washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A separate toilet: with sink.
The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Switch to Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie and exit at République station.
Our apartment is just a short walk from there.
From Orly Airport (ORY)
Catch the Orlyval light rail to Antony.
Transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport, and alight at Gare du Nord.
Then, take Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie, and disembark at République station.
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal)
Hop on Metro Line 5 towards Place d'Italie and get off at République station.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit and Additional Charges
Security Deposit: A €350 deposit is required, payable online via credit card through SWIKLY. This will be refunded from 21 business days after departure, provided there is no damage.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
