Wake and have your convenient coffee and homemade breakfast with mountain morning fresh air on the balcony as you "check the weather" for your day with VIEWS of the Gondola runs. Grab your gear out of your private walk-in ski/bike closet and head to the mountain. Walk it (a bit over 1/2 a mile) or ride the 10 minute free bus line to the Base Area. Have a blast!

After you've come home from a day on the mountain, soak away those tired muscles in either of the 2 outdoor HOT TUBS, or the outdoor swimming pool (hot weather months only). We supply your Hot Tub/Pool Towels.

Have dinner conveniently cooked in your FRESHLY UPDATED and fully equipped KITCHEN, or head out for dinner in town by car or bus, or walk back at the Gondola Base area and dine at any of the numerous restaurants or in town on Lincoln St. (about 3 miles away) . You can easily find great food for any taste and any budget. Wind down with game night by the FIREPLACE at home or a movie on the LARGE TV.

Settle in to the comfy beds with down alternative comforters and lots of pillows for a refreshing night's sleep.

Easy outdoor parking in our lot just outside the condo building, please limit to no more than 2 vehicles

Easy low-rise building 2nd floor unit (only 1/2 flight of stairs, easy on those tired legs), sheltered front door, plenty of on-site parking in the adjacent lot.
Sorry, no RV storage allowed per HOA rules.

Stairs are required to access this condo. There are *no elevators* on the property.

We have allergies and asthma in our family, so, please:
No pets allowed, sorry.
No smoking indoors or on the balcony, please.

*Note that the hot tubs or outdoor pool COULD close any time per the HOA for regular maintenance but the pavilion hot tub has been open and there are 2 separate hot tub locations here in this complex for use during your stay.
