CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

The lobby gift shop is loaded with everything from cold drinks and snacks to beach toys and attire. Once settled, head to the newly renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), or our outdoor hot tub. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee). As the afternoon approaches, swing by and check out complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy back in the unit. Once recharged, head to the fitness facility for a workout and soothe aching muscles in the sauna and steam room. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin Beach Resort is ready to host your professional or personal functions.

SunDestin Unit 0910 is a refreshingly cheerful one bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You’ll immediately feel rejuvenated upon entrance, energized by the color palette, cozy furnishings, and breathtaking views from the open concept living/dining area. Should you need to prepare meals, the kitchen is pristine, fully stocked, and loaded with counter space. Chill in the living room with flat screen TV or settle in on the balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Enjoy a restful sleep either on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, on twin bunks nested in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
