Opéra 2 - Nice studio Hôtel de Ville

Situated on one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax and enjoy your stay in this 26 m² apartment situated on the ground floor of an historic building right next to the Opera.

You will enjoy a comfortable 140x190 double bed, a living room with a 1 person sofa bed and its HD TV, as well as a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a dining table. You will find a great bathroom as well, with a shower and toilets.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18E/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beddings, the extra cost is 18E/stay.
