Relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room and indulge in seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar! Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals and remember, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for reunions and special occasions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0408 is lovely one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Settle into this peaceful refuge surrounded by tropical decor and cozy furnishings. Prepare appetizers, meals, or frozen libations in the fully appointed kitchen that seamlessly blends into the living area. Gather comfortably together for a movie in the living room with a flat-screen TV or around the dining table for snacks and meals. Catch gorgeous sunsets on the balcony directly overlooking the gulf. Recline on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or on the king-sized bed in the master suite with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
