We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Manigod, this charming chalet of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 12 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 40 m² with lounge area and TV, wood stove (wood not provided, extra charge on request) overlooking a dining area and open to the kitchen.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- A bathroom
- A toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (160*200) and a double sofa bed
- Room 2: a double bed (160*200) and a single bed (90*190)
- Room 3: a double bed (140*190), a single bed and two bunk beds.
- a shower room
- separate WC

In half landing, you will find a space with a table soccer.

Outside :
A large terrace of 15m2 with furniture and a barbecue.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

The house is ideally located in Manigod, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market in Thônes, 10 min by car.

Activities:
- Restochalet meal delivery service (to be ordered in advance 24 to 48 hours).
- Market of local producers every Tuesday morning in summer
- Tourist sites: La Clusaz (20min), Merdassier (15min), Annecy and its lake (40min) and Geneva (1h05).
- Sporting activities : in summer you have access to the outdoor swimming pool in Merdassier as well as many starting points for walks/hiking or cycling/biking. In winter you can enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snowboarding, dog sledding...
- Events : Music festival in June at the top of the Cabeau head and many festivities to see directly with the tourist office of Manigod and La Clusaz. Lake Annecy festivals.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage (one car) and in the private parking at the foot of the chalet (two cars).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus shuttle in winter period.
- The Annecy train station is about 40 minutes away by car, the Bellegarde train station is 1h15 away.
- The airports of Geneva and Chambéry are about 1 hour away by car, and the airport of Lyon is 1 hour 45 minutes away.

- The access to the living room is by an external staircase
- Bed linen and towels included. Beds are made up on arrival.
- The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided, extra charge on request
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
