I am delighted to welcome you in my beautiful 35 square meters' apartment located on the 1st floor without elevator in the heart of Paris. It can accommodate up to 4 people, is fully equipped, well furnished and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay.
It is ideally located near all amenities and 10 minutes walk from the Manoir de Paris and the City Hall.

## Logement
Sleeping 4 people, the apartment is fully equipped and will make you feel at home. It includes: a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto the kitchen with a dining area.

You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Oven, microwave, hair dryer, heating, refrigerator, Wi-Fi.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the metro station (la Poissonnière) line 7 at 2-min walk and the bus station (La Fayette - Magenta) line 31;54;56; N01; N44 and N56 at 3-min walk from the building and the Gare de l'Est nearby. For your daily shopping, you will find several grocery stores and supermarkets near the apartment.

The apartment is ideally located close to the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Church, 7 min from the Manoir de Paris, 13 min from the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, close to the Porte Saint-Denis, the Place de la Bastille and in the vicinity of several museums and tourist sites.
Not to mention the must-sees of Paris such as: the Palais Garnier, the Louvre Museum, the Pont Neuf, the Picasso-Paris National Museum, the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Jardin du Luxembourg and many more.

The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular sector of the Right Bank, where many students share large and old Haussmannian apartments, where theaters, cafés and restaurants are always busy. Strategically located between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, the Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville, but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything, and is therefore within reach of an infinite number of attractions in just a few minutes by metro or bicycle. In addition, the major and popular transit centers Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are both located in the 10th, ensuring a continuous mix of population.
