Lots of entertainment and seating areas!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Game Changer Cabin. We had 3 young children and all of the activities (pool, hot tub, theater, foosball, ping pong, large Jinga and connect 4) kept them entertained especially on our rain day. We really appreciated the alarms on the pool doors as extra safety precautions to keep kids out of that room unless with an adult. The house was clean and in great shape. The beds were comfortable and clean. The cabin was only 15 min from the Main Street in Pigeon Forge which was very convenient for getting to and from attractions easily. It was also not far from the Foothills Parkway which had breath taking views of the Smoky Mountains. Just something to note: the fireplaces are turned off from May to September. There are also no hair dryers so be sure to pack your own.

I booked this Cabin for my husband to celebrate Father’s Day and it did not disappoint! The entertainment options are great and the overall vibe of the cabin was very relaxing. Alarms and locks on the pool doors gave us peace of mind as we have three children and were a little nervous about having easy pool access. There is an enclosed section on the deck for an outdoor hang free of bugs and It is just a short drive from the grocery store-the drive is beautiful! Just be warned, if you have plans, this cabin will make you want to cancel them because it is so cozy! We look forward to future bookings!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was extremely neat and had so many amenities. Quick turn around time when texting the place for assistance. We were in very close proximity to the Island, the Parkway and several mountain coaster locations!

Fun Cabin, with with some issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elk Springs was great to work with. However, I would pick a different cabin if we come again. I selected with cabin for the golf simulator, with didn't work and didn't get fixed. Propane with out on the firepit, and the hot tub cover bumped the control panel if windy and kept changing the temperature, some part of the time it was too cold to use.

Great Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the cabin with 4 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13). The cabin was clean, well decorated and fully stocked. The kids found plenty to stay busy and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. The outdoor space was amazing where we enjoyed making s’mores and relaxing in the hot tub between games of golf and connect 4. The location was convenient with a reasonable drive into Pigeon Forge. My only complaints would be the proximity of the neighbors (which is probably pretty standard) and that the kids room is located right at the front door (a personal safety concern). Overall great place and great stay!

Check in time is only a suggestion

Cabin had everything we expected. Pictures online do make it look bigger than it is but everything promised was there. Check in was a terrible start to our trip. We told them 3:00 pm. They sent text and said cabin wouldn’t be clean until 5:30. It was 7:30. We had 3 small Children, traveled from Ohio and illinois and couldn’t get into our cabin until 4.5 hours after original check in time. Was told on phone that 3:00 pm is just a suggestion on when it can be ready. Overall a good place to stay.
