Welcome to our newly constructed home on the Winyah Bay, located in Georgetown, SC. It is centrally located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. This property promises not to disappoint with it's stunning views, sunrises and sunsets. 4 oversized bedrooms, family game room, open concept kitchen, spacious showers, large screened porch with rocking chairs and an entertainment area. Please note the dock is not part of this property's amenities and can not be utilized.

The house is beautiful, very clean and easily accommodated 3 couple. There was plenty of seating for catching up. It was located only about 15 from the wedding venue. Parking was a little problem when family members stopped by to visit. We would definitely stay here again if we needed to stay in Georgetown!

Great choice!

The location and view over the bay was incredible. This is the first VRBO I've stayed in that actually had everything you need to cook a family meal from quality pots and pans to sharp knives. In fact, we comfortably hosted Easter dinner for three of my siblings and all our grandkids. Will definitely be checking availability here first when we come back to Georgetown.

Perfect house!

My husband and I stayed at the home with several others that were in town for our son’s high school baseball tournament. The website was accurate. The house was so spacious and clean. The view from the huge back porch was great for our morning coffee. The location to the downtown and ballpark was ideal, too. We had a great visit and will recommend to anyone in the area!

Perfect Vacay House

This place was beautiful and perfect to use for my bridesmaids and I to get ready! Gorgeous view of the sunrise and nice location for any events in Georgetown. The master bedroom was so nice and enjoyed the special treatment of the lovely shower and tub! Everyone said the house was so nice and felt like a mini vacation! Highly recommend!

Working in Georgetown

I was in Georgetown working at one of the plants and chose this place due to location, it did not disappoint. The property is great, the views, the area and neighborhood! Everything was as described and everything was in working condition, didn't use the dishwasher but can only assume it was. Host was great, any question I had was immediately answered. Quick Family Trip

The home was spacious and renovations were pretty and I would have given a 5-Star review but the home wasn’t cleaned thoroughly at all. It was dusty and the bathroom upstairs still had urine on the wall and floor. Luckily, I travel with Clorox Wipes and Lysol but I shouldn’t have to deep clean. Perhaps the cleaning company was tired prior to our trip because that’s a minor task and shouldn’t be that hard. One more thing another renter mentioned the mattress and I agree it’s a problem, LOL! It’s a huge dip In the bed which was awkward but my hubby liked it, LOL!

Great location

Upon arrival, I was very pleased with the location. Beautiful scenery. The home was fully equipped. I only noticed a few things I felt could be improved. For instance, one of the King bedrooms upstairs had a deformed mattress(the right side had a huge sag). I made it known to the property manager immediately, however, did not receive a response. The other thing I noticed, the king bedroom on the first level had double sinks and the drainage was extremely slow. Everything else was decent. I feel that if I'm paying high-end costs, I should expect high-end mattresses in every room.

The house was rather new and comfortable. Sleeps 8 but not enough seating for 8 in the living area. Had to bring in chairs for the dining table. The upstairs bedroom bed was terrible. Broken box spring. The 3rd day a new box spring was installed but it would have been nice to start our stay with it and not loose 2 nights sleep. The grill was not usable. It was really dirty inside and out and when we sent a notice about it they did respond and send someone to clean it but by then it was too late and we had to cook the meat inside. The person who made the repairs was very efficient. Disappointed that these issues weren’t addressed before we arrived. The view was awesome though.

Look forward to our next visit!

My husband and I rented this property with 3 other couples,bincluding family and the best of lifelong friends! We wanted to all be together, as we live apart, and we wanted to celebrate many of our 60th birthdays this coming year! We wanted to be in an area that was new to us, warm and had lots to do, without staying in a busy crowded touristy town the entire vacation. Georgetown was beautifully inviting and so friendly, with much to offer, lots to do, beautiful views and fabulous food! And we weren’t far from Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Murell’s Inlet and Pawley’s Island! The location was perfect! The house was even more perfect, it truly felt like home to us all, we were so comfortable, but at the same time the home was so beautiful we felt treated to something special for our vacation. The decor and style was beautiful. Bright and airy, with lots of windows, and French doors leading out to one large screen deck and another second level open deck. The sunrises were breathtaking, the view watching sailboat pass and listening to the sounds of nature around us peaceful and relaxing. We spent most days out and about exploring but mornings and evenings we were on those porches, some of us enjoyed catching the rays and views from the upper deck, but we all were in love with the screened porch. The home including the bedrooms and baths, were spacious and comfortable; 2 zones for heat and a/c. Kitchen was fully stocked, we are breakfasts and some dinners in; the grill was handy!

Wedding Weekend

Came into town with 3 other couples for a wedding in Debordieau. It's not super close to there, but still an easy drive. House was perfect and all the amenities were great. We had an AC issue, but they got it fixed while we were out the first day we arrived. The dock is gorgeous and we hung out on the top porch all afternoon instead of going to a beach, bc it was so beautiful.

Great view & great house!

House is newer and very clean! The view of the marsh is amazing. The community dock is located right next to the house - it’s a longer walkway but a pretty walk! The community pool is close as well... also nice.... it’s a smaller more shallow pool (3-4.5 ft), but clean! The kitchen was well stocked with the basics plus some! Upstairs den area had lots of books & games. Comfortable beds & couches!
