Cocoonr agency offers you to the rent, in Calvi, this charming air-conditioned flat with a surface of 64 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a terrace for lunch outside. We are waiting for you!

The south-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double), desk and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a very pleasant environment, 10 minutes on foot from the port and 10 minutes by bike from the citadel. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The island of Beauty is full of natural and cultural activities, during your stay in Lumio you will have the opportunity to take advantage of the sunshine of the city to go to its various beaches to enjoy a quiet time or to try your hand at the many water activities: paddle, jetski, boat rides... If you are eager to discover the area, you can explore its wonders; the ruins of Occi or the Agriates Desert are available to you! For the more adventurous, quad bikes, 4x4 rides and hikes will seduce you.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private outdoor car park with numbered spaces (2 spaces).

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Calvi train station located at about 15 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport located about 10 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
