Located in the residential area of La Garde, overlooking the Grande Plage, this exceptional apartment can accommodate up to 8 travelers and offers a breathtaking sea view. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A very nice living room with fully equipped and furnished kitchen open on a living room bathed in light with its large windows on the sea.
- A large master bedroom with a corner office with sea view, an adjoining shower room.
- A small bedroom with a double bed that can accommodate two people with its private bathroom.

Souplex :
A staircase gives access to 2 bedrooms with sea view. One with two single beds and the other with two single beds and a baby bed. These two rooms have a garden access and a sea view.

For even more comfort, the following equipment is at your disposal: tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board.

The outside :
The garden is private around the apartment, you have a terrace and garden furniture for your meals outside. The terrace is very well exposed, with a view on the Grande Plage, as well as on the Pointe de la Garde.
Direct access to the beach.

Activities :
The beach and "le point plage" (structure that offers all aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings.

Nearby:
In the vicinity, an unmissable stop on the Emerald Coast: the Cap Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 meters.
Not far from there, take the time to stop at the castle of Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the Channel Sea.

Nearby, the resort of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo is charming with its small port, its coastal paths and its seven fine sandy beaches!

Former corsair city, the fortified city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobblestone streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon houses the Museum of History of the City and Country of Malawi.
