Welcome to Villa California, a beautiful contemporary villa of 170 m2 located just outside Biarritz, 5 minutes drive from the train station. This elegant and uncluttered villa is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room equipped with a corner sofa, a large Full-HD flat screen TV and a sound system for your comfort. The dining area has a dining table for 8 people and the open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Two comfortable bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and access to the outside terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed (180) or 2 single beds (90). These two rooms share a common bathroom with shower, towel dryer and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The outdoor terrace has a dining table and garden furniture for outdoor dining. You can also take advantage of outdoor swimming pool (4m x 8m and 1m40 deep) equipped with a submerged electric roller shutter to ensure the safety of children. Open from mid April to end October, subject to weather conditions.

On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds (one 180 and one 140), and a large bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin. There is also a practical dressing room for your personal belongings.

The villa is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including baby facilities such as a cot, high chair and baby bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, toaster and raclette machine. The villa also has a table football, Wi-Fi internet connection, electric floor heating.

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other necessities).
- Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

## Neighborhood

The villa is located just outside Biarritz, 5 minutes from the train station. It is a peaceful and green residential area. There are also local shops such as a bakery and a mini-market, as well as several restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Not far away, you will also find "Le golf d'Arcangues", a beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. In short, it is a pleasant and well located area, ideal for a holiday.

## Transit

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Public transport: you can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15-20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car in the courtyard of the house. In town, you can park on the streets and in the many underground car parks. It is recommended that you check the signs to avoid any parking violations.

Here is the information regarding the booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You will be met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
