Main Floor:

You will be taken back as soon as you walk into this magnificent home.

The main floor features: Living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, foyer, full bathroom and bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is truly a dream. Oversized island, custom vent hood, gas range, two large sinks, stand alone freezer, two dishwashers and much more. Truly a chef's kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the main living and dining areas. Enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful view as you are cooking up a meal for your family and friends!

With the ocean as your backdrop, you can seat up to 8 people comfortably in the dining area with easy access to all parts of the home.

Living area is large with plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV but better yet – THE VIEWS!. The living area has stackable sliders that open all the way and right outside you will find a large balcony.

Each balcony has plenty of seating areas where your extended family can enjoy the water views. Second floor balcony features seating and dining areas with a flat-screen TV and a grill.

The first floor features a bedroom with a Twin bed, along with a full bathroom and walk-in shower for your convenience.

The décor, finishes and design are top of the line. You won't find another rental property with these features.

Top Floor:

As you go up the stairs, you will find a second living space with comfortable seating, a wet bar, flat-screen TV and access to a waterfront balcony.

The Primary Bedroom is equipped with a King bed with quality linens, a flat screen TV, a seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub. Best of all, access to the extended waterfront balcony. Wake up each day to the smell of the ocean while you drink your morning coffee. The primary bathroom is taken out of a magazine!

Second bedroom features 2 sets of Full bunk beds and access to a full bathroom.

Third bedroom features a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

This property accommodates 8-10 guests total.

Laundry room is located on the top floor.

There is a large balcony that extends from the Primary bedroom to the second living area and equipped with top of the line furniture.

Amazing landscaping and gorgeous curb appeal in the front and a showstopper in the back!

On the second floor balcony, we have a gas grill, green egg and a sink for your convenience.

Location:
Our Bayside Paradise is located in Indian Rocks Beach in a residential neighbor and just a 10 mnt walk to the beach (3 blocks). There are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Important Notes:
*Boat and lift are off limits.
*No boats can dock on the property.
*Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Oct to April.
* Spa heat is $15 per day + taxes from Oct to April.
