We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous property in Indian Rocks! The house truly has everything you can think of! The entire home was super clean and extremely spacious. The golf cart included was an awesome, fun way of transporting locally. I cannot say enough about the pool, hot tub, and dock setup. Tom is an incredible host and extremely accommodating. We can't wait to come back!

Let me start by saying that Tom and Nicole are AMAZING! They are so responsive and helpful, I just cant say enough good things about them! This property did not disappoint. Everything was beautiful, well maintained and CLEAN! Beds and linens were wonderful. You could not get a better location. This is the perfect property for more than one family going. The upper level living room was perfect for after the grandparents went to bed. Every detail of this home was perfection and worth every penny! Hope to be back soon!

The home was beautiful, we had 11 people, each couple with their own room & bathroom. We enjoyed the views, especially the third floor deck at sunsets. We celebrated Christmas Dinner, with plenty of space for everyone, breakfast on the second floor balcony. The pool and hot tub were great ways to relax in the evenings after long days of visiting local attractions. Also the Golf Cart was great for quick trips to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We highly recommend staying at Dolphin Cove, oh btw we saw dolphins off he dock 5 out of 7 days, so it definitely lived up to its name..

Amazing Vacation

Everything about staying at Dolphin Cove was first class and more than expected. Best Ever Family Vacation

We've been doing a family vacation over Christmas for many years, and this place was perfect for our needs. For a group ranging from 17 to 87, it worked out very well. The pool, hot tub, workout room, office, dock, kayaks, etc. kept everyone occupied, and the fact that we were near Clearwater and Tampa gave the young adults added excursions. And the elder generation enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the dolphins at play!

Incredible property

What a gorgeous property. It looks even better than the pictures. It had everything you would need plus more. It was in prestine condition, such a dream property. The neighborhood felt safe to let our kids ride bikes, the golf cart was great to get us in town. Dolphins swimming by, great fishing off the dock for the kids, sunset's every night.The owner was close by if we needed anything and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommended and hope to go back next year!

50th Wedding Anniversary

My immediate family of 10 gathered from across the country to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The property was even more impressive in person than in the pictures and description. The space and facilities allowed us to share the time together while still having our privacy. The provided amenities allowed us to enjoy the pool and close-by beach without stress and the support from the owner was readily available without being intrusive. I would highly recommend this property. Beautiful, relaxing, and spacious!

Stunning home!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 2 toddlers, the outside perimeter fence on the canal allowed us to enjoy our outdoor space without any fear. The entire area, home, amenities, location, golf cart, pool and too many extras to name, made for a perfect vacation. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I would give this place a perfect 10! The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere drew us in as soon as we walked through the door. The owner goes above and beyond to make guests feel special with all the amazing amenities. This is the best family vacation spot we’ve ever been and we are already planning to return.

Unforgettable memories made!!

We absolutely loved this home. Everything was perfect. One of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen and living room were so great and opened on to the giant patio. We literally wanted to stay at the property for our whole trip. The kids loved the pool, TV room, and ping pong table; they remained entertained the entire time. We used the conveniently supplied bikes to ride to coffee every morning. The golf cart was great to get to the beach and back. There really are dolphins swimming by the dock every day! Amazing Home

We stayed at this property for New Years. We arrived after 3 days at Universal Studios in Orlando and it was just what we wanted, a nice relaxing end to our vacation. The home itself is better than the pictures. Super spacious, comfortable beds, very clean and a great backyard to enjoy the sun! We loved all the amenities and our kids especially enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaking, using the golf cart, the location to the beach, etc. It was perfect! Tom is great to work with. We have stayed at a couple of his properties and each time it has been amazing. He is super easy to communicate with and is great at providing plenty of information about the property. He makes everything super simple and takes great care to make sure your stay is stress free. We will for sure visit this property again.

One of the "Best of VRBO"

Outstanding in all aspects. At this price point expectations are high and this property delivers. Location on the waterway is fabulous. It is stocked with everything needed for recreation (paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, golf cart, board games). Immaculately clean upon arrival. The house has many "smart" features which are a delight. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare any type of meal. The view from the multiple porches at sunset is wonderful. Pool and jacuzzi sparkle. From confirmation to check-out, the personal service is concierge-class. Our stay was amazing!

Simply the best

All other short term rentals take note. This is how it’s done not all rentals end up being exactly what the ad showed. Not the case here this place is well kept incredibly well stocked absolutely stunning and the pictures that are lovely online. Still don’t do it justice. Everything was exactly as promised and as described the host were communicative, generous and very easy to work with. We had an absolutely fabulous time with six high school seniors and six adults. It was absolutely wonderful. Incredible kitchen fabulous pool great location. Golf cart was awesome to have. Truly could not ask for more. Well done.
