Great experience

The condo is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental agents were amazing as well.

Great Beachhouse Condo!

Overall very impressed with our 8 day stay. The property was very accessible, clean and had nice accommodations including a pool, hot tub and outdoor area. Walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, restaurants and stores. Extra points for cleanliness and communication from the host . My expectations were exceeded!

We love Coral Falls, however—-

The unit we occupied was just OK - the bedding in the master bedroom was very tired, the beds were not very comfortable, the couch had no support and the cushions sank into the hid-abed every time you sat down, and there was no fan on the lanai which resulted in very warm afternoons. Additionally, we may have misunderstood what was provided, but the tv was limited to about 4 or 5 stations and we could not use our own passwords for streaming because the owner apparently had blocked access. We called the property manager and she did return our call, but nothing was done. The cutlery in the kitchen was super poor quality - as in the finish was peeling off! The cookware in the kitchen was good quality and it was sufficient. There were ample good quality towels and wash cloths. The location and view were excellent!

Thank you so much for your review. I am sorry to hear you didnt care for the furnishings, the owner takes great pride in his unit and has done alot of enhancements to the unit. As you can read from previous reviews guests have given us 5 stars and enjoyed the property very much. I will make sure to send him this info to review. Regarding the televisions, the owner does have a large cable plan that does exclude pay channels. I did call you back and text as well to ask if the issue was on all the televisions or just the living room one as you said but never heard back from you. Sometimes hitting the wrong imput button can throw off the settings and this could have been corrected for you but not hearing back after we reached out to you leads us to assume the issue was resolved In the future, when you rent another property, I do suggest you let the owner or property manager know about issues such as linens or cutlery as that is something we could have addressed immediately to accommodate your stay. We do our best to make sure you have a great experience while you are here, so we are not caught off guard with a subpar review.

PERFECT for a family get away

I would like to begin by saying I am not a “leave a review ” type of person , but I had a great experience and wanted to share to help make your decision .. Came to Naples, FL for some family and beach time , this place had everything we needed ( especially with a 1 year old) , I’ll list below : - clean - beach essentials ( 3 chairs and cooler, towels and umbrella) - overlooks pool area with comfortable patio seating - elevator outside the room - parking - all cleaning essentials - washing machine ( no laundry when I get home !) - new appliances (used the Keurig daily ) -pool area was clean and well kept and not crowded - screen over the patio made it safe for my toddler and kept the apt bug free Would come back here 100%.
