Nicholas, We're so happy that you had a good time and that you were able to tie up your boat at the dock. It's a great feature that not a lot of other short term rentals offer. Not to mention you're in the heart of Ozona and within walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, breweries, bars and more.

Robert, Thank you for your review. This is the first time I heard about any issues with the water temperature. I'll look into it. If you had let me know about the noise from upstairs I would have contacted the guests on the second floor and instructed them to keep the noise level to a minimum.

My wife and I work very hard to ensure our guest's satisfaction and although the vast majority of reviews for our many short-term vacation rentals on the property are extremely positive, if someone isn't happy it's important for us to know in order to make sure we don't make the mistake twice and correct whatever is wrong. We are sorry that you misinterpreted the listing information. We strive to over deliver. On the VRBO listing for the apartment, there are photographs. There is also a long description of the apartment features. It states very clearly that this unit does not have direct water views. It is however directly on the water. The photographs you saw of the apartment online were, obviously, the photographs of the apartment that you rented. I'm not sure why you are falsely stating that you didn't get the unit you rented., You clearly did. Take a look at the photos again. The other units are larger and more expensive, and had been booked month's before your arrival. If they were vacant, we would have gladly put you in one of them, but they weren't. We honor our guest's bookings and would never move someone out of a unit that they previously booked. You always will get the apartment you booked, always. We use an excellent professional cleaning service. The apartment was not dirty. To suggest that a two bedroom apartment on the water in a great neighborhood for $100/night is expensive is silly. It is a steal! I think most people reading this response will agree. If you are reading this response, please take a look at all of the other reviews of not just this unit but the other adjacent units and you will see that no one else feels the apartments are dirty, overpriced and not living up to the photographs...on the contrary, they comment about the value, cleanliness, location and enjoyment. Again, we are sorry that you misinterpreted the listing information, but you received the apartment you rented which was professionally cleaned and in most guest's opinions, comfortable, relaxing, fun and enjoyable.

Lynda, Thank you for mentioning that the apartment is exactly as advertised. We try to manage our guests expectations and if anything, undersell it online and then over deliver when you arrive. We work hard to advertise the apartment exactly as it is. I really need to start highlighting the Pinellas Trail in the description because so many guests love being only a few blocks from the trail.
