Beautiful five bedroom Grand Victorian home nestled on a hill with spectacular views of Niantic Bay and Long Island Sound. Located along the coast with water views, we have rights to a private beach directly across the street from the house. Enjoy an amazing sunrise every morning, 3 additional beaches within a 10 to 15 minute walk, a convenient food shack for breakfast/lunch within a 10 minute walk and house bicycles to get you wherever you want to go faster. The Southeastern Connecticut area lends itself to excellent attractions such as Mohegan Sun Casino, Foxwoods Casino, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, golf courses, shopping outlets (Clinton Crossings and Tanger), boating rentals/water tours, fishing, restaurants, night life, New England scenic fall foliage and a short ride to the New London ferry.

Our home offers guests the opportunity to enjoy family reunions, college reunions, USCGA family visits, college graduations and anytime getaways with family and friends.

The house is fully and tastefully furnished, as well as immaculately maintained. All beds separate to accommodate groups. There are even 2 cots available on premises.

There is abundant off street parking for 8+ cars in the driveway.

Niantic Bay Weekend

A perfect place for our birthday celebration with family and friends. Accommodations are outstanding with plenty of spaces inside and out to relax and converse. Beach walks didn’t disappoint. Fabulous vacation

The house fit us to a tee! We had 13 family members from grandparents, their children and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all. Location was ideal with one beach directly across the road and two others within a short walk. So wonderful to be able to have the whole family together in such a great place.

Wonderful Repeat Stay

This was our second summer renting this house and we had another great stay! So much space for everyone to spread out. We love the enclosed front porch and the patio with lovely cushioned furniture. The landscaping and hydrangeas are beautiful. The kitchen has more cookware and serving ware than I’ve ever seen at a rental property. Would highly recommend this wonderful Victorian house in Niantic!

Fabulous Accommodations

Right from the very beginning this whole process of booking and relaxing at the Victorian Beach House was a pleasure. The home was more than adequate for our family with plenty of space to have quiet time as well as spacious gatherings. Wonderful location with easy access to the beach. Crescent Beach Gem

Our group of 3 families with kids had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. The layout of the house was perfect for a large group. The kids loved the game room in the attic and the adults loved sitting on the patio and sunroom. The view of the water is amazing and the neighborhood couldn't be more charming. Having the beach across the street was so convenient and the house had everything we needed (beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys, etc). Would absolutely come back again!

Incredible Stay!

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful property celebrating our son's USCGA graduation. Ken and Laura were fantastic hosts and so attentive to our needs. There was an issue with the coffee maker and Ken had a brand new one to us within a few hours, even after telling him that it wasn't necessary.The house is gorgeous and so spacious. We had 8 adults and a teen and everyone had plenty of room to spend time together and also to have privacy. The house was fully stocked with every kind of kitchen item you could possibly need. Everything was very clean. The views are beautiful as well and the neighborhood is quiet with very friendly neighbors. We would highly recommend this property to anyone is looking for a wonderful experience.Many thanks to making our graduation week stay more than we could have hoped for!

Our stay was for a “girls college reunion weekend”. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect close to beach, restaurants, and other CT shoreline attractions. The house is so roomy and comfortable. It allowed us to spread out and enabled some to do crafts, some puzzles, some talking, and cooking without being on top of each other. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. The hosts were so accommodating and responsive to all of our questions both pre-booking and during our stay. We would definitely stay again! The house was just beautiful & well equipped with everything you need. We really appreciated that. The location was perfect for our family with the beach right across the street. The owners were quick to respond to any inquiries/concerns we had. With 8 adults & 2 children, we had ample room to spread out. We enjoyed the view from the front patio each morning & evening. The sunroom was a favorite too! The information book the owners put together was especially helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - as always, vacation is never long enough!

Welcome to the Grand Victorian Guest House. We recently purchased this beautiful home in 2020. We had been looking for a beach front property for several years. When we first toured this house, we knew this was the one for us! We absolutely love it and are confident that you will too.

We are experienced vacation home hosts, as we own several other rental properties. We plan to keep up the high standards that the previous owner established for cleanliness and comfort.
