What could this accommodation be missing to give you the ideal vacation??
Apart from its availability we have not found it!!!
As soon as you arrive, you will benefit from the convenience offered by the parking located opposite the entrance to the building.
Access to the elevator is easy and without steps allowing suitcases to be rolled.
Arrival in the accommodation will be delightful: bathed in light, the living room opens on your right to the balcony which allows you to admire the swimming pool with its beautiful dimensions of 13m by 13m and the view of the gardens of the residence
The living room is large enough to offer a dining area and the magnificent convertible sofa will allow you to relax in front of the TV if you have time!
A fiber box is offered to you, allowing quality and very fast navigation.
The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2023: it is perfectly equipped: a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a microwave, electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and also small household appliances offering the possibility of making small dishes easily and thus delighting the family.
As for the bedroom, it is also very tasteful and is also bright, large with 2 very high quality 90cm single beds which can be combined into a king size bed and with storage chests.
The bathroom with walk-in shower has been renovated in recent weeks.
The toilet is separate and has itself been renovated in recent days.
The residence's swimming pool, access to which is monitored in high season, is open throughout the day, compliance with the usual regulations being requested.
In terms of positioning, this apartment only offers advantages: the shops, beaches, centers of interest of Fréjus Plage and Port Fréjus are a few minutes' walk away...the Saint Raphael Valescure TGV station, 1.3 km away, is accessible in 20 minutes easily while walking.
The warm summer evenings will allow you to stroll along the seafront, Port Fréjus or to Saint Raphael, to eat in one of the many restaurants, to enjoy an ice cream with countless flavors that will delight young and old alike. adults, to take advantage of the opportunities of the night market (every evening in July and August), to attend one of the many fireworks displays nearby;
And always the possibility of enjoying Saint-Raphael and its Old Port (departures of the blue boats for beautiful getaways to Saint-Tropez and the Lérins islands off the coast of Cannes), the Estérel massif, the Verdon gorges, of Lake Saint Cassien and many other places that A2D Port Fréjus will present to you if you wish.
