-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.

SunDestin 1808 is a penthouse, Gulf front, 1BR/1BA condo in the heart of Destin. This beautiful, newly updated condo with washer/dryer in unit has floor to ceiling Gulf views and a spacious balcony. 2021 updates include new flooring, new décor throughout, new bedroom furnishings including mattress, new sleeper sofa, and fully remodeled kitchen and bath. The bedroom has a king bed and En suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The hallway has twin bunk beds the kids are sure to love, and the sofa converts to a queen-sized bed to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
