Ideal for 4 to 6 travelers but can accommodate up to 8 (4 adults and 4 children). Occultation by interior blinds and electric exterior shutters. Balcony-terrace equipped with a motorized awning, possibility of having lunch there. The apartment is connected to the optical fiber and has wifi and satellite television included. Improvements have been made by the owners in response to comments and suggestions to offer a more comfortable and better equipped apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in La Baule-les-Pins, in a very pleasant environment. You will enjoy, close by and without taking transport, all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market ... A guide also accessible by QR code will allow you to familiarize yourself very quickly with the apartment and the surroundings.

Activities:
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful avenues of La Baule, Avenue Lajarrige. With its various shops and restaurants, you will find what you are looking for (supermarkets, bakeries, clothes stores, banks, art galleries, cafés, etc.). It's a real pleasure to be able to get hot croissants and fresh baguettes every morning for breakfast!
The beach at the foot of the building offers many water activities. There is also a tennis club nearby and a community pool.
Thalassotherapy center about 100m away, on the Remblai.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.

As for the other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Baule-les-Pins (the train station of La Baule-Escoublac is 10 minutes away by cab)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (connection with La Baule by TER, about 45 minutes)

- The accommodation does not have a parking lot.
- Shops and market in the immediate vicinity (Lajarrige street at 2 minutes walk) : butcher's shop, delicatessen, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants, creperies, pharmacy, physiotherapist, biology laboratory, veterinarian...)
