Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $35 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts and more - the choice is yours!

Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year round climate. DeBordieu is more than a vacation destination it is also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle as either permanent residents or second home owners. MAXIMUM CARS: The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP: This home has a Sport membership, In order to access the benefits of this membership, it is necessary to purchase a temporary club membership. The temporary club membership can be obtained at a cost of $200 per day, plus a $20 activation fee.
