Diese Wohnung wurde professionell eingerichtet und in einem begehrten 1. Stock! Wir befinden uns am Strand mit Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.

In dieser schönen Wohnung ist das kristallklare Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko nie aus Ihrem Standort! Die Aussicht von der Küche, dem Wohnzimmer, dem Hauptschlafzimmer und dem Balkon ist unglaublich und konstant!

Dieses Gerät beinhaltet Strandkorb-Service! Sie erhalten jeden Tag zwei gepolsterte Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm ... ohne Aufpreis!

In der gut ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie eine Kaffeemaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einen Backofen mit Kochfeld.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit Zugang zum Balkon vor dem Golf, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschtisch.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, einen kompletten Schrank und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer.

Der zusätzliche Schlafraum verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten. Es gibt französische Türen, die zum Schutz der Privatsphäre geschlossen werden können. Als Bonus haben wir auch ein PlayStation-Spielesystem!

Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafsofa und Pack and Play bei Bedarf zu verwenden.

Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Fernseher mit DVD-Player! Es gibt auch einen schönen 42-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie eine Stereoanlage und ein DVD-Center.

Diese fabelhafte Wohnung befindet sich im Celadon Beach Resort, einem der besten Orte für Familienurlaube in Panama City Beach! Celadon bietet jede Menge Strandzimmer für jedermann, ohne andere Hochhaus-Eigentumswohnungen im Westen. Es gibt zwei tolle Pools, von denen einer saisonal beheizt ist, und zwei Whirlpools!

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Tennisplatz und ein Fitnesscenter an der Nordseite der Celadon-Unterkunft. Für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die gerne im Freien kochen, gibt es Holzkohlegrills und Picknicktische am westlichen Ende des Gebäudes.

Celadon bietet auch einen großen Raum für Hochzeitsempfänge oder Geschäftstreffen. Dies erfordert eine separate Mietzahlung und wird tatsächlich über das Celadon HOA abgewickelt. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um eine Veranstaltung auszurichten!

This condo has been updated and is very popular for its beautiful decor and for being on the first floor. Arrival information is sent out to all guest before their arrival dates. Within this email there is an attachment with “Things to Do In PCB”. This information includes restaurants. Thomas Donut's is in walking distance. Mike's Diner and Salty Sue's are also close. Perfection

Beautifully decorated and well appointed condo conveniently located on the first floor. Very clean and equipped with what we needed to keep it clean. Location is great. Close to Thomas’s donuts, Runaway Island (best shrimp ever!) not too much traffic making it easy to get out of the complex to go shopping, out to eat, etc. lovely vacation spot in every way.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with very convenient location on the first floor. We enjoyed being on the west end of PCB with a more family friendly vibe for our younger children’s spring break. Awesome Condo

This is a great condo. Loved the décor, such a beachy feel. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The unit was clean, and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was so nice being on the first floor, and never needing to use the elevator. Perfect location for us, on the west end of PCB. Much quieter, and a lot less traffic. We're looking forward to coming back, and staying in this condo again.

Perfect view of ocean

We recently stayed here as a family with a 2 and 4 year old. The condo had everything we needed from a changing table to kids flatware. My kids enjoyed reading the different children books they had, shell hunting and swimming in the heated pool. The location was perfect also for us, removed from all the crowds and close enough to walk to Thomas's donuts and Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. The decor of the condo was elegant beachy and felt like home for the week. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo, so I won't come home with tons of laundry. Would return.

Great Spring Break Get-away

This property was perfect except when we arrived, it had not been cleaned yet. This is the first time this has ever happened to us, and after a 7.5 hour drive, it was a bit disappointing, but I must admit the property manager got on it immediately, and by the time we returned from the grocery store, it had been cleaned, so other than that we have no complaints. (She also refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated) I loved being in the Western-most condo in PCB (which is the quiet side of town). My kids enjoyed the hot-tubs and heated pool. Thomas’ Donuts was right down the street, and a huge hit! We also ate at Dee’s Hangout, which had a great smoked fish dip! I loved that we only had to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach!

PCB not for us.

The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. The property management however does not enforce the no smoking policy at all. There were people smoking and vaping all over the property. The beach chairs are also set up about 10 inches away from each other leaving virtually no room to comfortably enjoy them, especially when people on both sides are playing loud music and smoking. People were also allowed to set up their own chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach chairs. On a number of occasions the chair guys could not be found, set up late, and took them down early. At one point, I was sitting under the umbrella in the rain and they came along and took it down. Again, the condo itself is very nice but the crowds, disappointing chair service, and smokers will cause us to choose a different location in the future.

Thank you for acknowledging that 108 is a very nice well-appointed condominium. This is one of the most popular condominiums at Celadon. There is a no smoking policy at Celadon. Unfortunately, there will always be those who choose not to follow the rules. In order to control this issue, you are given my direct contact information so we can enforce policies and address any issue that may occur. At no time was I notified of any issues during your stay. It would have been nice to have heard about your concerns. Every attempt would have been made to make sure you had a 5-star experience. Coastal Parasail is our beach service provider. They are a third-party vendor and are always glad to accommodate reasonable requests. They do need to be aware that there is an issue before they can assist. As for the crowds, it is a well-known fact that the 4th of July week is the busiest week of the year in Panama City Beach. Please try and come back during off-peak season. Bunk room is not a “bunk” room

First the listing said it had 2 double beds in the bunk room but after sending messages to the agent, I found out it was only a double bed. We had 3 children so we had to bring a blow up mattress. It is changed now on the website. Check in was a nightmare having to wait 30-40 minutes on a cart and everyone trying to get on the elevator. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed coming into the doorway several times a night. It was nice that it was on the first floor but I think it was a little overpriced. Everything that needed attention, Alesia sent in a maintenance order and everything was promptly repaired. View of the ocean was great!

We did talk about this well before your arrival and you were offered a refund, but you opted to stay in this condo. I am not sure what more I could have done for you. I am also confused on waiting for an elevator since this condo is on the first floor. The price point is transparent when you enter your dates to reserve your condo. Fall Break at the Beach

I really loved everything about this place. So nicely decorated, plenty of places to sit AND enjoy the ocean views, nice balcony furniture, if your into watching t.v. on vacation you have plenty of channels. There are movies and books at your disposal. Kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor is WONDERFUL! No waiting for elevators. And the VIEW! Worth every penny!

Quite location.

We stayed in 108 first floor. However it was quite. Easy access to parking deck. Not too much traffic even during high flow hours

Family vacation

Loved the location of the complex and unit (first floor). It was Memorial Day week and the beach was somewhat crowded. Enjoyed the facilities and all they offered (two pools, tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, beach chairs). Would book again.
