Welcome to your new beautiful 700 sq ft condo right 2 miles from the beach! This condo is fully furnished and includes a king-sized bed in a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet. The bedroom includes a private bathroom with a shower. Just as you walk outside the bedroom there is a guest bathroom. The huge living room includes 2 very comfortable reclining leather couches, a 60" TV, and a dining room table! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, as well as all the cooking utensils that you would need. The spacious balcony includes a table and 2 chairs which are perfect for sitting outside, eating, and enjoying a nice glass of wine as you watch the sunset. :)

This condo is a VACATION RENTAL so you can only rent it for UP TO 6 MONTHS because of the HOA policy.

There is a shared washer and dryer that is conveniently located right next to the front door. There is also a covered parking spot for your car.

The community includes a swimming pool, bbq grills, and a clubhouse with a small gym inside.

There are tons of restaurants and grocery within walking distance of the condo.
