My family and I have been coming to this area yearly for the past 15 to 20 years and this by far was the best experience all around staying at a VRBO property. The property appeared as it was pictured in the listing. The owner was awesome at communicating and checking in with us. We had one small issue with the pool that was out of the owners control, but it was still addressed immediately. I can’t sing their appraisers enough by how accommodating they were. I don’t say this often, but if you were to book with this owner and property, I guarantee you would not be disappointed. We also thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse amenities. The resort was very strict regarding security but we appreciated this, and it made us feel secure and safe. We will definitely book with this owner again in the future.

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind review! It truly means a lot to us that, after visiting the area for so many years, this was your best VRBO experience. We're so glad you found the home just as advertised and enjoyed the clubhouse amenities during your stay. It was our pleasure to communicate with you throughout your visit, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the unexpected pool issue. While it was outside of our control, we're happy we were able to get it addressed as quickly as possible. Your comments about our hospitality and accommodations are greatly appreciated. We also agree that the resort's security helps create a safe and relaxing environment for all guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We would be absolutely delighted to host you and your family again on your next trip!

The home was exactly as described and looked exactly as the booking pictures showed. The home had plenty of room for our group of 14. Any needs/questions we had were responded too very promptly. It was so nice to have a pool and extras for it at the house. The amenities within the community were definitely a bonus!! The location was great as far as distance to Universal/Disney. Not a bad drive to the beach either! The owner/cleaning team were wonderful to us as we left an important item behind, they were prompt in getting it in the mail to us! If your thinking about booking this home, do it… you’re sure to to satisfied!

This home was amazing. We have been to this area yearly for 12 years. This by far was the best home we have stayed in. Very clean. Very comfortable seating. The home was equipped so well for babies. It had a crib, two high chairs, play pens. The free bbq use was a major plus for us. We will be staying here again.

We put a lot of focus into making the home comfortable for families, so I’m glad the setup for the kids made things easier for you. And good call on the BBQ, that’s always a guest favorite. We had a great stay at this location. The owner responded quickly each time we messaged. The house easily fit all 17 of us with a bed to spare. The week we were there it was a little chilly so we were grateful for the warm pool and a hot hot tub! It’s a nice, short walk to the clubhouse and our family enjoyed multiple rounds of mini putt and the lazy river.
