The whispering ocean breezes into and through our cozy haven, nestled on the edge of the bay.

Our building is a privately owned residential building with a hotel feel -offering the cool hip vibe pool vibes with full bar and restaurant service while you play and lounge. While vibrant nightlife and club scenes of Old Town are a skip away, this oasis feels a world removed from the bustling chaos of the Romantica Zone energy.

From the private balcony, every sunrise feels like a symphony and sunsets mimic masterpieces splashed across the sky. Enjoy morning coffee or tea rituals to sunset salutations.

Our seaside sanctuary boasts three comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Each with en suite option, as desired. The kitchen is a culinary haven with views of the boundless sea stretching out over the stove top. Dine in with room service, be your own perfect chef or bring home takeout from your favorite place. Every meal can be an exquisitely delicious affair.

Should you crave adventure, Old Town/Zona Romantica is a stone’s throw away. Embark on a journey through cobblestone streets and hidden gems. Yelp/Google are the sources I have used to review companies offering tours here in Puerto Vallarta… good options abound. We have our favorites and can pass those along as requested.

Building Security- Check-in for our specific unit is contactless, however arrival to the building does require a check-in with our private security for access to the building. Security will ask for your identification, and will expect payment by credit card or cash at the day of departure for any food/beverage from the bar/ restaurant. If you would like help with your luggage please ask they are happy to help. I usually give them a couple of dollars for that assist. While security is neither a property manager nor concierge they are working 24/7 and always on hand to ensure your safety and comfort. They are able to arrange Taxi for you and some may have other recommendations for activities or other if requested.

We have 36 units, multiple pools with lounging areas, offering relaxation and rejuvenation as the sun dips below the horizon, casting its golden glow upon the landscape, watch the backdrop come alive, a beacon of warmth and hospitality in a world filled with endless possibilities.

** Our rooftop pool is undergoing a little TLC, slated to open again in the last week of May. While our roof pool is closed, the lower pool, which underwent a stunning transformation in 2023; boasts one of my favorite spots.

Though part of Calle Santa Barbara experienced flooding in 2021, access to Old Town/Romantic Zone remains enchantingly possible via Costera Abara de Navidad or our oceanfront beach access door (many stairs required).

While the tap water here is perfectly safe for many, we understand the allure of bottled water. Simply dial 141 from our landline, and our security team will deliver a 5 gallon bottle of drinking water for you. Each 5 gallon bottle is about 40 pesos, which will be added to your bar and restaurant tab for your check out day payment.
