## Logement
Located in a pedestrian street right in the heart of the old town, the apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator of an old building. It opens on a large living room and a dining room that can easily accommodate all your travel companions thanks to its large table and its 2 sofas. The adjoining kitchen is modern and perfectly equipped. Entering on your left, the night hall leads you to the three bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a bunk bed, single on top and double on the bottom with a door allowing you to reach the terrace directly. Next are the separate toilets and the bathroom with its Italian shower. Then, two larger bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and with access to the terrace. This one is spacious, quiet and equipped with a garden furniture as well as a bbq. It will allow you to enjoy beautiful evenings in perspective for your aperitifs, BBQ and other family evenings, obviously until 10 pm latest in order not to disturb the surrounding neighbors.
The following equipment is at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Television, Filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator and freezer, Kettle, Raclette fondue machine, Electric BBQ, Hair dryer, Iron and ironing board, Vacuum cleaner, Plenty of storage space for your clothes and suitcases, Washing machine, Dryer, Crib.
A welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel, and soap will be at your disposal.
Sheets and towels are not included in the cleaning fees, but can be provided at extra cost.
There is no keybox available for this apartment, arrivals are allowed up to 10pm.
After 10pm and whatever the reason is, no key handover will be possible.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian street in the old town and historic center of Annecy, near the train station and a 5-minute walk from the lake. You can leave your car at the nearest public parking lot, so you won't need it to explore the city. Whether it's the Annecy castle, the emblematic bridges over the Thiou river, the shopping streets or the lakefront and its beaches, everything is within walking distance. As for the traditional and local products market which takes place 3 times a week, it is just next door.
You will also stay 20 km from the Semnoz ski resort and 35 km from the Grand Bornand ski resort.

## Emplacement
Capital of the Haute-Savoie, Annecy is a city of art with a magnificent architectural unity. The walk in the old Annecy is a real enchantment. With its charming canals, its flowery banks, its small adorable bridges and its beautiful houses with colored facades, Annecy really lives up to its nickname of Savoyard Venice. What a pleasure to stroll along its canals or to walk in its pleasant pedestrian streets! In the heart of the old town, the Palais de l'Île, a former prison and court house, now houses the Annecy History Museum. Near this emblematic building of the 12th century, the Sainte-Claire street lined with beautiful arcaded houses is also a place not to be missed. Overlooking the city, the castle-museum, former residence of the counts of Geneva and the dukes of Genevois-Nemours, is dedicated to archaeology, ethnology, art, history and the Alpine lakes. To end the visit in beauty, there is nothing like a walk along the wonderful Lake Annecy. A must-see! The gardens of Europe, the Amours bridge spanning the Vassé canal, the avenue d'Albigny lined with plane trees and the Champ de Mars are wonderful sites for relaxation. To better discover the lake and its surrounding mountains, cruises aboard launches as well as pedal boat and small motor boat rentals are offered to visitors.
