Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. While this home has historically received very positive reviews, we understand that it didn’t feel like the right fit for your group. The listing does note that the fourth bedroom is part of the game room, but I’ll be reviewing the photos and description again to ensure they accurately reflect the space and layout. Your notes about furniture, light bulbs, grill, and kitchen supplies have also been passed along to our team for follow-up. Regarding check-in, we always communicate that 4:00 PM is the designated check-in time, and our team does their best to accommodate early arrivals when possible. In this case, the home simply wasn’t ready earlier, and I regret that this overlapped with your meeting and caused additional stress. As part of our security protocol, housekeepers lock the door after preparing the home so that guests can use their unique code for entry. This helps prevent guests from accidentally entering the wrong property, which has happened in the past. We appreciate your perspective on value and comfort, and we’ll continue to use this feedback to improve. While I’m sorry this stay fell short, I do hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future with a home that better suits your needs.
