The independent entrance gives access to a large open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, dishes and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) with dining area.

These 2 rooms are open on a shaded terrace partially covered with barbecue.

The site has a large activity room of 45m2 equipped with tables, chairs, yoga mats.

In the heart of the Cathar Country and its legendary sites: (Rennes the castle, castle Puivert, Bugarach... further castles Peyrepertus and Quéribus...) it is close to many hot springs (Rennes baths, Alet baths...)
At 9 km the leisure park «Saint Bertrand» with its swimming lake offers a pleasant place to relax.
The region is rich in entertainment and cultural events (small festivals, concerts) and farmers markets including the famous Espéraza market.
Many outdoor activities are possible:

- Hiking, mountain biking (rental possible at 5 km)
