" Blue beach "est un Appartement situé au deuxième étage dans une Résidence les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue exceptionnelle à 180° sur la mer des CARAÏBES et a un accès direct sur la plage de Grand Case.
Proche du centre du village bien reconnu pour sa gastronomie , ainsi que de tous les commerces et de l'aéroport coté Français. Idéal pour un couple d'amoureux, entre amis ou pourquoi pas en famille .
Sans doute l'un des endroits les plus magiques de l’île. Face au rocher créole, suspendu entre les eaux turquoises et le bleu du ciel .Quel bonheur d'admirer la baie avec sa vue imprenable sur Anguilla.
Il est composé d'une chambre indépendante et climatisée coté rue, fermée par une baie vitrée et un volet roulant ce qui vous permet d’être isolé. La salle de bain est spacieuse avec douche et wc .Le salon est grand avec TV et (netflix) le wifi est gratuit ,un canapé et pour plus de confort la climatisation .
La cuisine spacieuse donne directement coté mer ,elle est entièrement équipé et à un lave vaisselle pour plus de temps pour le repos.
Vous avez un petit supermarché a deux cent mètres et un plus grand à 1 km.
La résidence a son accès privé et direct à la plage.

Parfois il peut avoir des cases dans le réseau d'eau ce que fait une coupure temporaire d'eau .Nous ne sommes pas responsable de ça mais nous avons à votre disposition des bouteilles d'eau pour une utilisation d'urgence . Nous nous excusons si cela arrive pendant votre séjour et vous remercions de votre compréhension.

Pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des diverses possibilités de ballades et sorties la voiture est fortement conseillé.

Un lit parapluie(BB)est proposé gratuitement pour les enfants en bas age.

Blue Beach is the Best Place

This was our second stay in at the Blue Beach apartment. It is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable and convenient for walking to everything in Grand Case.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I spent a week here. Julia was a wonderful hostess, and great with communication. The location and views were phenomenal, and everything was exactly as described.

Beachfront perfection

Julia is a great host and the condo is comfortable and spacious with a tropical view that is pinch-me perfection. Situated on a quiet stretch of what sometimes felt like our own private beach, the stay is just a short stroll from several great restaurants. It was everything we hoped for in a holiday let and more.

Apart from the wifi which kept dropping everything was fine. Only 15 mins walk to Happy Bay and 15 mins walk to Calmos Cafe!

Perfect place

The property is exactly as advertised, right on the beautiful beach with kitchen/dining overlooking the shore. The beach was not crowded at all. The location is great for accessing Grand Case restaurants & activities all a short walk or drive away. Our host, Julia came to meet us and provided all the information we needed to make our stay pleasant. The apartment was clean & well furnished & suited all of our needs. We certainly recommend both this property & Julia.

Really is "the best place"

A perfect place and location in Grand Case. Right on the beach. Easy walking distance to great restaurants in town, Loved the open kitchen area with the windows open is like an open-air balcony overlooking the water and lapping waves. Grand Case Stay

My wife and i loved the property. Julia was a gracious host she met us at the property and walked us through and answered our questions on the property. The property is right on the beach and Julia was spot on with how far everything was from the property. Will definitely be back but will stay longer.

It Really is the Best Place!

The condo is exactly as pictured. It is very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Julia met us at check-in and took the time to explain how everything worked, as well as answer questions and provide tips for shopping, etc. We stayed 10 days and it went by too quickly! The beach is lovely. It is an easy walk to restaurants, either on the beach or along the road (a bit busy at times, but manageable). We highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 28 nights. It was our home away from home. The property is clean, neat and spacious. It is everything that it claims to be - extremely well equipped, excellent beach front, secure quiet building, STUNNING VIEW from the window! We were able to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen and relax listening to the waves from our 2nd story balcony space with the glass door opened. Perfect location. Practically had our own private beach. We explored other beaches and liked Grand Case, the one right outside our door, the best. You can easily walk to downtown great restaurants and enjoy a fabulous meal at a different restaurant every night. Special thanks to Julia - the most responsive host, so helpful and attentive. She was a great source of information and took great care of us. We were happy to meet the friendly helpful neighbors. We would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Love this property

This is our second time with this property. We love the location with the sea view. Julia is a wonderful hostess. She helped with all our questions/concerns. Property is clean, comfortable. It had everything we needed. We love that it has parking as we had car rental. The only issue - we would like a better blanket in the bedroom.
