Our fabulous 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury vacation villa is set in the tranquil location of beautiful Watersong and the property overlooks a conservation area at the rear.

The villa sleeps 12 guests and boasts a private pool as well as a games room.

This location is ideally placed as we are less than 20 minutes away from Disney.

For the golfers, we are very close to a couple of world class golf courses and don't forget the Disney golf courses for an extra special experience.

For the keen shoppers we are within easy driving distance of downtown Orlando which is a shopper’s paradise, including the Outlet Malls.

In addition to all that Disney Worlds offers Disney don't forget the Universal theme Parks, Sea World, Water Parks and fine restaurants, theatres, nightclubs, more parks, helicopter rides and if we haven’t said it before lots and lots of shopping opportunities.

Your 2-week vacation is simply not going to be enough.
We hope you are coming for longer or are planning on coming back very soon.

At the end of a hectic day out and about, you can come back to your vacation villa to completely rest and relax ready for action the next day.
Alternatively have a lazy day relaxing by the pool to just soak up some of the famous Florida sunshine.

There are no houses at the back overlooking our villa so it truly is an escape from the hustle and bustle.

Lounge:
Situated at the front of the house as you enter, a quiet place to relax.
The luxurious sofa can convert into sofa bed which is big enough for one large person or two smaller people.

Dining Room:
Adjoining to the Lounge, the Dining room has a luxury table and 6 chairs for formal eating.

Family Room:
This is an impressively light and airy area with sofas, 65’’ TV and high ceiling. This will be the most used area, as a family, in the villa.

Kitchen / Dining area:
A fully functional, spacious, kitchen is provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fitted with cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils.
Everything you will need to exercise those culinary skills.
If you don’t feel like cooking, pick up the phone and order a take away.

An additional dining area with the kitchen is provided with table and 6 chairs, overlooking the pool area and also the TV in the Family room in case you are watching an important programme and don’t want to be interrupted at meal times.

Toilet:
Don’t want to venture too far to go to the toilet?
There is a toilet next to the Family room for your convenience. In USA this is referred to as half bathroom.

Laundry Room:
A large washing machine and a dryer are provided so please do not pack too many clothes.
Remember, you will need baggage space for all the bargains you are going to purchase from Outlet malls.
Additionally, we have, thoughtfully, provided an iron and an ironing board so you do not need to worry about creased clothes.

Games Room:
Through the laundry room a door leads to the games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

MASTER BEDROOM 1 WITH MASTER BATHROOM 1 AND WALK IN CLOSET:
The room has a large King size bed with a 50’’ flat screen TV.
Through one door in the bedroom is the large Master bathroom with a bath, separate walk in shower, 2 sinks and toilet.
Through another door is the Walk-in closet for all your holiday clothes and suitcases.

Upstairs:
MASTER BEDROOM 2 WITH MASTER BATHROOM 2 AND WALK IN CLOSET:
The room has a large King size bed with a flat screen TV.
Through one door in the bedroom is the Master Bathroom with a bath, and shower facilities, a sink and toilet.
Through another door is the Walk-in closet for all your holiday clothes and suitcases.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have Queen sized beds:
They also boast flat screen TVs and built in wardrobes.

Bathroom 3:
This bathroom is located between bedrooms 3 & 4.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 have 2 twin beds in each
Each bedroom has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TVs.

Bathroom 4:
This bathroom is loacated between bedrooms 5 & 6.

Den:
The Den area is right next to bedroom 4. There is a flat screen TV. An ideal area to relax and sprawl in.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside Back:
This area has a large covered lanai (patio).
There is an outside table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining.
In addition, there are loungers provided for the sun worshippers.
There are 2 ceiling fans with lights.

The large 30ft pool has a lovely sun deck and dining/seating area. There is a alarm attached to the door going out to the pool.
The pool can be heated (optional extra).
Pool towels are provided.

The whole outside area is screened to prevent bugs entering the pool and lanai area and spoil your enjoyment.

There is also off street parking for two cars.

Watersong community is situated close to Interstate 4 and the US27 both providing easy access to all of Orlando's popular theme parks, multiple high quality award-winning championship golf courses, the treasures of both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, as well as great shopping experiences at the numerous Designer Outlets. The community is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and basketball and volleyball courts.
