Big Blue is a spacious private home tucked away in Surfside Shores, a private beach neighborhood with trees, vegitation and sand dunes. A 5 to 10 min walk to beach access, but close enough to the shore to hear the ocean when out on either of the two large decks at the back of the house.

We are just a hop down the road to Tacky Jacks and Sassy Bass restaurants in Ft Morgan and the new Jessie's by the Bay in Gulf Shores. If you would like some exercise, take a walk directly down our beach to the Sassy Bass Island Grill at the Plantations right near the water.


Home Layout:

The first floor has a master bedroom in the front of the house and the washer dryer. The back of the house faces the gulf, and the pool. Both bedrooms in the back of the house have french door access to the large back deck. The back bedrooms are connected by a large Jack and Jill bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The second floor has a wide open floorplan with the kitchen and living room sharing the same space. In the front of the house, the second master bedroom has a large closet space. The kitchen has french door access to the large top deck for outdoor dining.

We have stocked the kitchen well with a ninja blender, toaster, a drip coffee maker, modern fridge with ice maker. Pots, pans and cooking utensils and plenty of plates and utensils.

The staircase to the crows nest is on the second floor and our young guest love this unique space with the twin bed, small foldout foam couch and writing desks. We also have guests use this area as a remote working space or creative writing space.

We use Skylink high speed satellite internet for any remote work needs.

Each bedroom and the living room have smart tv’s for streaming video, live tv or gaming.

We are just a short drive to the Ft Morgan ferry doc for day trips to Dauphin Island and Pirates Cove.
