This unit was just as described. The cleanliness of the condo was on point they didn’t miss a thing as well as the resort itself. The location is great . The chairs and designated parking spot was an added bonus that i certainly appreciated. We have rented with Warren beach rentals before and will continue to use them in the future.

Perfect!

This rental was perfect for our family of four. The easy access to the pool in the beach were amazing. Second floor was the best way to go! The host was very responsive with any of our needs. Definitely would stay here again.

Another perfect stay!

We have stayed at this exact condo for 3 years now, every summer! This is our favorite place to stay & only place we will stay. The convenience is like none other - from booking the condo, the reserved parking spot right by the elevators, from not having to get in your car to go find food or shopping - it's all walking distance. The condo is SO clean. The air conditioning is COLD. The view is BEAUTIFUL! We just checked out this past Friday & we already want to go back! There is NOTHING that we would change, everything was great as always!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We have 220 units and a full time staff of 32 people. Occasionally we have more calls than we do staff. We field calls for bookings, payments, check in, check out, additional services, lock outs, maintenance, owners questions, guest questions, what to do, where to go, can i check in early, what kind of coffee maker does it have, and about a million more questions. We take the time to patiently answer each guest, and then give everyone 100% of our undivided attention and answer their questions in full. SOMETIMES, our 6 phone lines get overwhelmed and we ask guests to leave a message and we call them back in the order we receive them. Sorry that was not to your liking. We do the best we can to take care of our guests.

July 4th - great fireworks show.

The parking spot directly across from the elevator was perfect and being on the 2nd floor made it very easy to access the pool and beach by walking down one flight of stairs instead of waiting on the elevator. The view was hindered by the palm trees, but it wasn’t a big deal to our crew.

It was easy booking, entering and exiting the property. I had a positive experience.

The communication was good though out the rental process. The only problem was that the water filter on the refrigerator expired and we could not get it replaced before checking out. Overall it was a positive experience and I will book the same place again next year.

Another awesome summer vacay stay

This is our 3rd year staying here. Everything was perfect again. Room was SO clean upon arrival. Private parking spot was so convenient, located right next to the elevator. Everything was GREAT! We will be back next summer! We love that everything is in walking distance. We park our car when we arrive and don’t leave until we check out. We enjoy shopping and eating in Pier Park and love laying on the beach or chilling in the pool. We look forward to it now for the past 3 years!!! One of my favorite places!

Beds need to be replaced. Patio door won’t lock

The beds were cheap and worn out. The property was great. If you are taking your young children don’t get this unit. The patio door won’t lock. The tvs are outdated and are not smart tvs.

This unit has 25 prior reviews and they were ALL 5 stars. This is one of the highest rated units at Calypso. The beds in this condo, that NO ONE ELSE HAS HAD AN ISSUE WITH, are less than 2 years old. The sofa is brand new as is most of the furniture in the unit. The bedroom has a smart TV and the living room has a Roku streaming box. The lock on the door was fixed within 1 minute, and was a simple repair. Had you let us know this during your stay, rather than waiting to be a keyboard warrior from back home, you could have had it fixed during your stay. We have a full time staff, ON SITE, at Calypso to handle any issues. It boggles my mind that you wouldnt take the time to email us while there to fix an issue, but rather wait until after your stay and post this cheesy review. Good lord.

203W Parent/teen/school age staying

Condo was conveniently located by the pool and ease of elevator. VIP parking for the win!! So close to Pier Park we just hopped over there in a couple mins for sudden ice cream cravings at Marble Slab. Beach service was great. I only had a couple things I wish was better but none of them had anything to do with the condo itself. The pool was the only thing that left me wishing for more. We left a pair of goggles at closing of the pool and came back right before it opened and they had already tossed them. They said they do not keep anything (could get hairy if valuable). The other issue was seating/shade for parents not swimming. Nothing to make me change my mind about the stay it’s just limited. Everything seemed well maintained. Water was great and didn’t have extreme amounts of chemicals. Security was on top of their job and would round regularly. Tiki bar made great drinks and were super friendly!! The owners went above and beyond to get information to us with plenty of time to not feel rushed. Condo had more than enough start up supplies for the things you inevitably forget at home or need before shopping. Even had two personal beach chairs! Appliances were top notch. Decor was beautiful and well planned. 10/10 would stay again. I just want to say a personal thanks to the owners we felt very welcomed!! 🥰
