Beautifully decorated condo in great location

It is not often I write a review that indicates the unit exceeded my expectations but this one did. It is beautifully decorated. The communication with the property owner was amazing and the location could not be beat. One of our favorite condos at PCB and we are there 3 to 4 times a year. Thank you, Kelly, for everything!

Amazing Amazing condo,views and ammenities pure Luxury/!

I have stayed in a lot of places and usually the owner does not splurge on nice things on the inside. This condo has breath taking sunset ocean views. The huge zero entry heated pool,hot tub, and fire pit were great. Cabanas and tiki bar and restaurant are great. Now for the inside! Luxury beds, linens, and towels. Everything you could possibly need for cooking. Highend pots and pans, cofee pot , keuring, all clad pots and pans, high end utensils, blender, mixmaster, indoor grill, margarita machine and crockpot. The beach towels, the paid beach chairs and the extra beach chairs and toys in kids closet were such a nice touch. Kelly the owner was great to work with and her welcome book was very helpful. We will def book again soon. We were so sad to leave:(

Amazing place to stay with a front row to the sunsets.

We walked in and said WOW, what a great place as we walked towards the balcony and looked out the window and had a birds eye view of the ocean. We all said WOW our very own front row seat to the sunsets. You can tell that Kelly the host really has put alot of effort into upgrading furniture, having nicer kitchen items such as Al Clad pots and pans, having a decent pan to cook with is a rarity. I can say out of all our stays all over these kitchen items including a wine cooler, an indoor counter top grill, a Magaritaville blender, Kicthen Aid mixer ( in case you need to whip up a batch of cookies), a Ninja blender, this has been the nicest selection in our lodging travels. The decor is well appointed, feels comfortable yet fancy, beachie and casual all at the same time. All four of us (used all 3 bedrooms) had very comfortable beds (my niece wanted to take hers home). My teenage nephew was in the bunk room. The place was very clean. I typically wipe things down things down when I checked into places, this place I did not feel that I needed to do any cleaning. We did not hear of any of our neighbors next door or above us. The balcony is spacious and we enjoyed playing cards at the outside table in the evening while watching our sunsets. Location is in the heart of things, walking distance to everything including Pier Park which is basically in your backyard. To sum up, this is the best Florida condo we have rented. We look forward to a return trip with family & fr
